AI Appointment Setter for Cal.com
Engages leads across chat and email and books qualified appointments, connected natively to Cal.com so it reads and updates event types, availability…
Multi-step outbound sequences that send on schedule, read every reply, and branch the next touch automatically.
Most outbound sequences treat a curious reply, an objection and an out-of-office the same way. This sequencer reads every reply and chooses the next step to match, so prospects get a conversation instead of a script. It sends on the schedule you set, inside your approval rules, and keeps your CRM current so reps always know where each lead stands.

AI Outreach Sequencer builds multi-step outbound sequences across email and your chosen channel, then reads every reply and branches the next touch instead of running the same script on everyone. It connects to your CRM, so reps can see each lead's sequence stage and reply history at a glance.
Rigid sequences waste good leads. A prospect who asks a question gets the next canned email anyway, and someone who said not now gets chased next week. Reps then spend hours untangling threads by hand. A sequencer that reads replies keeps every prospect on a sensible path and frees your team for the conversations that need a person. The written scope fixes the channel, the number of sequences and the connected systems before you order, so you know exactly what will be built and tested.
The sequencer reads every reply and branches the next touch, instead of running the same script on everyone. Interested, not-now and wrong-person replies can each follow their own path.
Sequences are built across email and one other channel you choose. Touches are spread across both channels, following the workflows and approval rules you set during setup.
It connects to your CRM, so each lead's sequence stage and reply history are visible at a glance. Reps pick up conversations without digging through sent folders.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record reply rates and meetings booked from your current sequences. Note how many replies sat without a next step last month.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is paid for once. Running the sequences costs roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of the CRM and email or channel plan you already pay for. Cost moves with send volume: a list of a few hundred prospects a month sits at the low end, a busier outbound motion with more branches and reply handling sits higher.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts too, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order keeps its delivery date either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

| Price | An outreach tool charges a monthly seat fee whether or not sequences are running | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |

| Delivery | An outreach tool is self-serve, but building working sequences still takes your team days | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| CRM visibility | An outreach tool logs activity in its own dashboard | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours writes sequence stage and reply outcome directly into your CRM |

There are no setup fees and no per-send charges from us.
Roughly $50 to $250 a month, covering AI model usage and hosting, billed in your own accounts. You also keep paying for your existing CRM and email or channel subscriptions. We charge nothing extra per send, and cost scales with how many prospects are actively moving through a sequence each month.
No. Anything outside the approval rules you set is held for a person before it sends. You define the limits during intake, covering which replies need a human decision, and those rules apply to every sequence we build, not just the first one you launch.
Not inside this price. Six sequences with your approval rules are included, which covers most single-team outbound motions. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote on extra sequences, or start from the Custom AI enquiry form for a larger project.
Admin or API access to your CRM and outbound channel, your playbook and approval rules, and ten sample emails or conversations so the tone matches your team. Credentials are shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and we can work from sandbox or test records if you have them.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included before launch, so most adjustments happen before you go live. After that, optional monthly maintenance covers ongoing edits such as new segments, updated copy or a changed approval rule. It also includes monitoring, fixes and a monthly health report, starts after included support, and can be cancelled any month.
The sequence pauses that lead rather than guessing at a new approach, and flags it on the CRM record so a rep can decide what happens next. If you also want quiet leads chased with context from the earlier conversation, that is the specific job of AI Follow-Up Engine, a separate build designed for exactly that situation.
You do. Everything runs in your own CRM and channel accounts, so the sequences, the prospect data, the reply history and the AI provider relationships all stay in your name, not locked inside a platform we control or tied to an ongoing contract.
Order the AI Outreach Sequencer and every prospect gets a next step that fits their reply, sent on schedule inside the rules you approve.
