Pricing: fixed prices you can read before you buy

Every product in the store has one fixed price, shown before you pay, with its scope written on a Scope Card. This page explains how prices are set for AI products, editions, bundles, add-ons, websites and marketing services, what faster delivery and maintenance cost, and which costs you pay to other providers. All prices are in US dollars.

One-time build price$1,500 to $14,900 for AI products (above that, a custom quote). Covers everything on the Scope Card.
Optional monthly maintenance5% of the build price for AI products, 3.5% for other builds, after support ends.
Running costs in your accountsAI usage, call minutes and software plans are billed to you by the providers, with no markup.

AI product prices

Every AI price starts from a core product. Editions add a fixed amount for an industry or a platform, and bundles take a discount off several core products. Every AI product includes Standard delivery in 20–30 working days, testing, revision rounds, a handoff and post-launch support, as listed on its Scope Card.

Custom projects

Above $15,000

Enterprise rollouts, multi-agent teams or bespoke work that no catalog product covers. You get a reply by email and, if it fits, a fixed written quote.

Delivery speed and faster delivery

Delivery time counts from the working day after your intake is complete and your access is checked. Standard is included in every AI product price. Express and Rush are paid options you choose at checkout.

Included in the build price.

Express

15–25 working days

Paid option. Adds a share of the build price, from the table below.

Rush

10–20 working days

Fastest paid option. Adds a larger share, from the table below.

Website and marketing services have no Express or Rush option. Their delivery time is shown on each product page.

Website and marketing service prices

Websites, stores and marketing work are sold the same way: a fixed price, a Scope Card and a delivery time on each product page. Two things differ from AI products. There is no Express or Rush option, and monthly services are billed per month with a 3-month minimum.

Maintenance after launch

Maintenance is optional. It starts after post-launch support ends, is billed monthly as a share of the build price, and you can cancel it any month. It covers monitoring, fixes, updates when your tools or AI models change, a monthly health report and change hours.

AI products

5% of the build price a month

Core products, editions, bundles and their add-ons. Minimum $249 a month.

Shopify stores and other builds

3.5% of the build price a month

Shopify stores and other non-WordPress builds. Minimum $199 a month.

Change hours included

1 hour per $100 of the fee

Never fewer than 2 hours a month. Unused hours do not roll over.

Built on WordPress or WooCommerce? Care after launch, including updates, backups, security, speed and fixes, is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand, so there is no Upmark Labs maintenance fee on those builds. Monthly marketing services need no maintenance either.

Questions about prices

Is the price on the product page the final price?

Yes, for everything on the Scope Card. The build price is fixed before you pay. The total changes only if you choose Express or Rush delivery, add add-ons, or accept a written Change Quote for extra work. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Third-party running costs, such as AI usage, are billed by those providers to your own accounts.

What is the difference between a core product and an edition?

A core product is one AI system with a fixed job. An industry edition is the same product set up for one industry's workflows and costs $1,000 more. An integration edition adds a native connection to one platform, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and costs $500 to $1,500 more depending on the platform. Each one has its own Scope Card and price.

How do bundle discounts work?

A bundle combines several core products into one project. Its price is the sum of the included core prices minus 10% for 2 to 3 products, 15% for 4 to 5 products, or 20% for 6 or more, rounded to the nearest $100. Each bundle page lists the included products, their combined value and the discount, so you can check the sum yourself.

Do I have to buy maintenance?

No. Maintenance is optional and starts after the post-launch support period. It costs 5% of the build price a month for AI products, with a $249 minimum, and 3.5% for Shopify stores and other builds, with a $199 minimum. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. WordPress and WooCommerce care is offered by webcare24.

How are monthly marketing services billed?

Monthly services such as SEO, social media, content, email and ads management have a 3-month minimum. The first three months are paid at checkout. After that the service continues month to month at the same price, and you can stop at the end of any paid month. Ad spend and paid tools are billed to you directly by those platforms.

How can I pay?

Prices are in US dollars, and payment is due in full before work starts unless a written quote says otherwise. Online payment through PayPal is being connected. Bank transfer is available on request: we email an invoice with our bank details, and your order starts when the funds clear. You pay any bank or currency fees on your side.
