Add-ons for AI Products, Websites and Marketing
Add-ons are fixed-scope extras that extend a product or service: an extra channel, integration, control, page or monthly volume. Each one is bought together with a compatible product, by ticking it on that product's Scope Card, and each has its own written scope and a fixed price from the catalog.
AI add-ons
Extras for Upmark Labs AI products: new channels, integrations, security and access controls, quality checks, reporting and training. One-time prices from $1,500 to $2,500. See the AI add-ons.
Website and marketing add-ons
Extras for website builds and marketing services: more pages, products, languages, articles, platforms or campaigns. From $125 one-time, and monthly add-ons follow their service's 3-month minimum. See these add-ons.
Where to buy them
Open the product or service you want in the Store. Its Scope Card lists only the add-ons that work with it. Tick the ones you need and they join your order as their own lines.

What is an add-on, and how do you buy one?
A product's Scope Card sets clear limits: the channels, integrations, pages or monthly volumes it includes. An add-on raises one of those limits by a fixed amount, at a fixed price, without turning your order into a custom project.
You cannot buy an add-on on its own. You add it from the Scope Card of the product it belongs to, so the Store only offers add-ons that are compatible with that product. Removing the product from your cart removes its add-ons too, and each order line records which product the add-on belongs to.
AI add-ons: what each group is for
AI add-ons extend an Upmark Labs AI product. Which ones you see depends on the kind of product. Channel add-ons, Human Handoff Setup and Conversation QA Scoring suit voice agents, messaging agents, chatbots and action agents. Approval Workflow Layer suits products that take actions on their own. Security, reporting and training add-ons work with any AI product.
- Channels: web chat, WhatsApp, voice, email, SMS, Instagram, Messenger, Slack or Teams
- Integrations: an extra CRM, helpdesk, calendar or store, an API, Zapier or Make, Google Sheets
- Control and security: single sign-on, roles, audit logs, PII redaction, guardrails
- Quality: evaluation tests, prompt A/B testing, conversation QA and sentiment
- Reporting: dashboards, executive reports, custom report templates, cost alerts
- Team and rollout: training workshop, admin playbook, staging, extended hypercare
Website and marketing add-ons: what each group is for
Website and marketing add-ons extend a website or store build or a digital marketing service. Each one names the packages it works with, so Extra 50 Products appears only on store builds and Extra Article only on the Content Packs and Growth SEO.
- Website builds: Extra Page, Page Copywriting, Blog Setup, Extra Language, Booking Module, Custom Section or Feature
- Stores: Extra 50 Products and a Google Merchant Center Feed
- SEO and AI search: Backlink Pack, Citation Pack, Schema Markup Pack, Content Refresh, Extra 50 Prompts Tracked
- Social and content: Extra Social Platform, 4 Extra Short Videos, Community Replies, Extra Article
- Email: Extra Email Flow, SMS Flows, 2 Extra Campaigns, Email Platform Migration
- Ads and conversion: Second Ads Platform, Ad Creative Add-on, Campaign Landing Page, Retargeting Setup, Extra CRO Test
When should a business consider an add-on?
Consider one when the product fits your need but one limit does not. You need a second channel, one more integration, a few more pages, or more posts each month than the package includes. Choosing the add-on keeps the fixed price and written scope, instead of waiting for a custom quote.
If the gap is bigger than one add-on, look at a bundle, which combines several products for one goal, or describe what you need in a Custom requirements note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote before any extra work starts.
How add-on pricing works
Every add-on shows a fixed price from the catalog. AI add-ons are one-time prices, charged at the same delivery speed (Standard, Express or Rush) you choose for the product, and they are covered by that product's maintenance plan. Website and marketing add-ons are either one-time or monthly. A monthly add-on is billed with its service and follows the same 3-month minimum, then runs month to month.
Third-party costs, such as software plans, ad spend or AI usage, are paid by you directly to the provider, as with the main product. See pricing and maintenance plans for the full rules.
Questions buyers ask
Can I buy an add-on on its own?
No. Every add-on is bought together with a compatible product, by ticking it on that product's Scope Card. The Store only shows the add-ons that work with the product you are viewing, so a Creative Template Pack appears on creative products and Extra 50 Products only on store builds. Need an extra for something you bought earlier? Ask from that order's message thread.
How much do add-ons cost?
Each add-on has a fixed price shown before you buy. AI add-ons cost $1,500 to $2,500 one-time, at the delivery speed you chose for the product. Website and marketing add-ons start at $125 one-time, and monthly ones are billed with their service and follow its 3-month minimum. Third-party fees, such as software plans or ad spend, are paid by you.
Is the Compliance Documentation Pack a certification?
No, and its Scope Card says so plainly. It documents the data flows, controls and processing of an existing product so your own team can use that material in compliance reviews. Any certification or audit decision stays with you and your auditors. Think of it as a solid starting file for those conversations, not a stamp of approval.
Do any add-ons help my team run the product day to day?
Yes, several are built for exactly that. The Team Training Workshop is live and recorded, so new staff can watch it later. The Admin Playbook and SOP Pack gives admins written procedures. Priority Onboarding Session brings more stakeholders and teams up to speed, and Cost and Usage Alerts tell you when spend or usage starts to move.
