Upmark Labs sells fixed-scope AI products, website builds and digital marketing services online to small and mid-sized businesses, mainly in the United States and Europe. This page explains who we are, how we work and where our limits are, so you can judge whether we fit before you buy.
Upmark Labs is a brand of UPMARK, a sole proprietorship owned by Amit Govil and registered in Bhopal, India. A sole proprietorship is not a separate company. When you order from this website, your contract is with UPMARK, and Amit Govil is the person legally responsible for the business.
We sell online to businesses around the world and price everything in US dollars, with a focus on the United States and Europe. We sell to businesses only. We may use vetted subcontractors to help deliver an order, and we stay responsible for their work.
Our registration number, place of business and tax status are published on the company details page, as sellers are expected to do.
Everything we sell is listed in the store with a written scope, a fixed price and a standard delivery time in working days.
AI agents, chatbots, voice receptionists, automations and knowledge assistants. They come as core products, industry editions, integration editions, bundles and add-ons, priced from $1,500 to $14,900 per product; anything above that is a custom quote.
WordPress websites, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, redesigns and migrations. Each build has its own Scope Card, fixed price and delivery time, just like the AI products.
SEO, social media, content writing, email marketing, ads management and AI search visibility. Monthly services have a 3-month minimum paid upfront, then run month to month.
Care for WordPress and WooCommerce sites is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand: updates, backups, security, speed and fixes.
Bigger or bespoke work, such as enterprise rollouts or coordinated multi-agent systems, goes through a Custom AI request and ends in a fixed written quote.
Small and mid-sized businesses that want a specific job done well, with the price and scope agreed up front. You need accounts in your own name for the tools we connect, and someone who can answer intake questions.
You know which part of the work takes too long: answering calls and chats, following up leads, processing invoices, publishing content. You do not need an in-house AI team to buy a fixed-scope fix for it.

Your client panel lists exactly what we need. Each day late moves delivery by 3 working days.
Delivery days start the working day after your checklist is complete and access is confirmed. We test against the documented scenarios.
You get the revision rounds on the Scope Card, then 5–15 working days to report anything that does not match it. We fix those at no cost.
Post-launch support runs for the days on the Scope Card, usually 30 days on builds. Monthly maintenance is optional and priced as a share of the build.
Under your portal, every order shows its status, the intake form with private file uploads, any Change Quotes, your deliverables and a message thread with our team. After support ends, you can add monthly maintenance: 5% of the build price a month for AI products (minimum $249) and 3.5% for Shopify and other builds (minimum $199).
Most AI and web projects start with a call and an estimate. Ours start with a written scope and a price you can read before anyone talks about money.
You read exactly what is built, and what is not, before checkout. The Scope Card in force when you buy is the contract scope for your order.
One build price covers everything on the card. Anything outside it gets a written Change Quote, and that work starts only if you accept it.
We build inside accounts in your name. You invite us as a user or create API keys you control, and you can remove our access at any time.
AI usage, call minutes, hosting and software plans are billed by those providers directly to you, with no markup from us. Your data is never ours.

The work is done remotely inside your own accounts, and everything from intake to deliverables runs through your client panel and email, so where you are based does not change how an order works.
Yes. Each product has one build price that covers everything written on its Scope Card. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout, and third-party running costs such as AI model usage are billed to you directly by those providers. If you want something outside the card, you get a written Change Quote and decide whether to go ahead.
Your data and the materials you give us stay yours at all times. Once an order is paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you, such as configurations, prompts, workflows, content and documentation. Because we build inside accounts in your own name, you keep control and can remove our access whenever you choose.

Yes, through webcare24, our WordPress care brand. Care after launch for WordPress and WooCommerce builds, including updates, backups, security, speed and fixes, is handled by webcare24 instead of an Upmark Labs maintenance plan. For AI products, Upmark Labs maintenance is 5% of the build price a month with a $249 minimum. For Shopify and other builds it is 3.5% with a $199 minimum.
