What the consultation covers
The call is about decisions, not delivery. We look at your process, the systems you use and what you want to change, then match it to what we sell, or tell you plainly when nothing fits.
Choosing the right product
We compare the products that could fit, including industry editions, integration editions and bundles, and explain the differences in plain terms.
Checking a Scope Card against your setup
Every product has limits on channels, connected systems, documents and workflows. We check your tools and volumes against them, along with what is excluded and the typical monthly running cost.
Planning what to prepare
After you order, intake is due within 72 hours. We go through the access, documents and decisions your product needs, so the build can start on time.
Deciding whether you need custom work
If your needs go beyond a Scope Card, we tell you whether a Change Quote, a Discovery Sprint or a full Custom AI project is the right route.

Is there a fee for the consultation?
Sending a request is free, and nothing is charged through this form. If your question can be answered by email, we answer it there. If a call is the better route, we agree a time with you by email. The call is free, and it is advice only.
Do I have to buy anything after the call?
No. A consultation request is not an order, and the call carries no obligation to buy. You leave with a recommendation and decide whether and when to act on it. If you order later, every product shows its Scope Card, fixed price and delivery time before you pay, so you can see exactly what you are buying.
What should I prepare before the call?
You do not need a written brief. It helps to know how the process works today, which tools are involved, such as your CRM, helpdesk, store or phone system, and roughly how much volume it handles each week. If you have already looked at products in the store, send the links. Please do not share passwords or API keys.
Is what I share kept confidential?
We use your request to reply to you and to prepare advice or a quote, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use include a confidentiality section covering non-public information about your business, customers and systems. Access to your systems is never shared by email. It is only set up after an order, by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control.
What is not included in the call?
The consultation is advice and discussion only. It does not include build work, configuration, written documents or changes to your systems. If you want the scope written up for you, that is a separate service: Scope Finalization and Documentation for a catalog product costs $975, and Solution Design and Documentation for a custom project costs $2,900. Both are credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days.
Should I book a call or send a Custom AI request?
Book a call if you are still deciding what you need or which product fits. Send a Custom AI request if you already know you need something bigger than the catalog, usually a project above $14,900, such as an enterprise rollout or a team of agents working together. That request goes straight to scoping and a fixed written quote.
