Commission and payout terms
These are the program’s confirmed terms, set out in full in the Referral Partner Agreement. Anything not listed here or in the agreement is not part of the program.

Example: a client you refer buys a WordPress Business Website at $3,225, then Growth SEO at $2,275 a month for its 3-month minimum. They have paid $10,050 in their first 12 months, so you earn $1,005.00, less any refunds.

The client buys from us
They pay our list price at checkout. Your link is remembered for 30 days if they agree, and they can type your code at checkout.
We deliver
We run intake, the build, the review and post-launch support under the Upmark Labs name. Their later paid orders in 12 months earn commission too.
You get paid
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the client pays. We pay monthly once your payable total reaches $100.

What we provide and what we expect
The program works because both sides keep to a few clear rules. These come from the Referral Partner Agreement.

We expect from you
- Describe our products accurately, using the scope and prices on our website.
- Do not promise results, rankings, timelines or terms that are not on the product page.
- No spam, no ads on our brand name, and no websites or profiles that look like ours.
- Say you may earn a commission wherever the law or your platform requires it.
- Do not use your own code to buy for yourself, or pay clients to use it without our written agreement.
- Have a lawful basis for any contact you make with potential clients.
Referral partner or reseller?
Refer when you want the client to buy from us under our name. If you would rather buy at a discount and sell our work under your own brand, the white-label reseller program fits better.

Referral partner questions
Who can become an Upmark Labs referral partner?
People and businesses, including agencies, freelancers, consultants and IT providers, who know businesses that need a website, digital marketing or an AI system. You apply with the form on this page and tell us who you would refer. We decide each application individually and reply by email. Approval gives your store account partner status.
How much commission does a referral partner earn?
You earn 10% of the net amount each referred client pays us in the 12 months from their first referred order, including monthly services. Net means what the client paid, less refunds, taxes and third-party costs passed through at cost. Later paid orders by the same client within those 12 months earn commission whether or not they carry your code.
How is a referral tracked?
When someone opens your referral link, our website asks whether it may remember the referral. If they agree, we store one small first-party cookie for 30 days. If they decline, nothing is stored, but they can still type your referral code at checkout. The referral counts when the client's first paid order carries your code.
When and how are referral commissions paid?
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the client's payment, so any refund can be settled first. We pay monthly once your payable total is at least $100; smaller amounts carry over to the next month. Payouts are in US dollars by PayPal or bank transfer. You add your PayPal email in your partner panel, or arrange a bank transfer with us by email.
What happens to my commission if a client gets a refund?
A refund made before your commission is paid reduces or cancels that commission. A refund made after it has been paid is deducted from your next payout. This is why each commission waits 30 days after the client's payment before it becomes payable. Your partner panel shows which commissions are still in the refund window.
Do I have to manage the project or support the client?
No. Your client buys from Upmark Labs at our list price and under our Terms of Use, and you are not a party to their order. We run intake, the build, their review and post-launch support. You can stay in touch with your client as much as you like, but delivery and client support are our job.
Can I be a referral partner and a reseller at the same time?
Yes. A business can hold both roles. Each order earns either a reseller price or a referral commission, never both. Orders you place through your own reseller account are not commissionable, and neither are your own purchases. You might refer one client who wants to deal with us directly, and resell to another who should only see your brand.
Can either side end the referral partnership?
Yes. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time with 30 days' notice by email. Commission already earned on orders paid before the end date is still paid under the normal payout rules. We may end it straight away if the agreement is seriously breached. The full terms are in the Referral Partner Agreement.
Are there bonuses on top of the commission?
Yes. You earn $50 extra when your first referred client pays within 60 days of your approval. Each quarter, if 3, 5 or 10 new clients you referred each pay at least $1,000 in that quarter, you earn a $150, $300 or $750 bonus. Bonuses are worked out 30 days after the quarter ends, so refunds are settled first, and paid with your normal payout.
What if a client I introduced never uses my link?
Register them in your partner portal with their company and work email. The registration lasts 90 days and the first partner to register a business keeps it. A business that is already an Upmark Labs client cannot be registered and does not become a referred client.
