Company Details
This page tells you who runs this website and who you are dealing with when you buy from us. Upmark Labs is a brand of UPMARK, a sole proprietorship owned by Amit Govil. It is not a company. Below you will find our registration details, our place of business, our tax status, the email addresses to use for support, privacy and security, a short description of what we sell, and links to all of our other legal documents.
1. Who we are
Upmark Labs is a brand of UPMARK, a sole proprietorship owned by Amit Govil (“we”, “us”, “our”).
A sole proprietorship is a business owned and run by one person. It is not a separate legal entity from its owner. This means the contracts you make on this website are made with UPMARK, and Amit Govil is the person legally responsible for the business.
In this document, “you” and “your” mean the business that visits our website, makes a request or places an order, and the person acting for it.

If our registration status changes, we will update this page and any applicable tax will be shown at checkout.

4.1 Legal notices
Formal notices under our Terms of Use are given by email. Notices to us go to hello@upmarklabs.com. Notices to you go to the email address on your account.
4.2 Never send secrets by email
Do not send passwords, API keys or other access details to any of these addresses. We will never ask you to. To give us access to your systems, invite our team as users or create API keys that you control and can revoke at any time. Our Security page explains how this works.
5. What we sell
We sell fixed-scope AI systems (“products”) online to businesses worldwide, priced in US dollars. Our catalogue includes Core products, Industry Editions, Integration Editions, Bundles of two or more products delivered as one project at a stated discount, and Add-ons bought with or for an existing product. We also sell website and online store builds on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, and marketing services such as social media management, SEO, content writing, email marketing and ads management, some of them monthly with a 3-month minimum term. Each product page has a Scope Card that sets exactly what we build, and nothing outside it is included. We build each system in your own accounts, and third-party running costs, such as AI model usage, are billed by those providers directly to you. We also offer optional monthly maintenance, priced as a share of the build price. Larger or bespoke work is handled through a Custom AI request, which leads to a written quote, and you can send a free discovery request through “Talk to an expert”. 6. Who we sell to
We sell to businesses only. We do not sell to consumers. The person who places an order confirms that they have authority to bind the business they order for. Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 18.

If any detail on this page changes, such as our address, registration or tax status, we will update this page. The date and version shown on this page tell you when it last changed. Changes do not affect the documents you accepted on an order you have already placed, except where the law requires otherwise.
