What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Owners start each day chasing updates across several different tools
The AI Daily Operations Agent collects what is happening from the tools your team already uses. A brief arrives by email, Slack or Teams, so the morning starts with a clear picture.
The weekly review takes an afternoon of pulling numbers together
The AI Weekly Business Review assembles the week's figures and notable changes into one review. Leaders can spend the meeting on decisions rather than on finding the data.
Processes live in one person's head and break when they are away
The AI SOP Generator turns how work is actually done into written standard operating procedures. Others can follow the steps, and the documents can be updated as processes change.
Recurring reports are rebuilt by hand every single period
AI Report Automation produces your recurring reports on schedule from the same sources as the daily brief. Staff check and send them instead of copying figures into templates.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can give owners a clearer view of the business each morning.
- Helps weekly reviews focus on decisions instead of data gathering.
- Makes key processes less dependent on one person.
- Reporting hours
- Ask the people who build reports to log their hours for two weeks before launch and two weeks a month after.
- Weekly review length
- Compare the calendar length of weekly review meetings for a month before launch and a month after.
- Documented processes
- Count key processes with a current written SOP in your shared drive before launch and three months after.
Before you start: List the reports you produce each week and month and roughly how long each takes. Count how many key processes are written down today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Where do the daily operations updates appear?
On the channel you choose at intake: email, Slack or Teams, or a web dashboard. Each brief lists issues needing attention with owners and deadlines. The daily agent reads up to three sources read-only, so it reports on work without changing anything in your tools.
How much do I save with the operations bundle?
The four products cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. You also gather your metric definitions, report examples and process recordings once, rather than four times, and the products share them from the start.
Can the SOP generator work from screen recordings?
Yes. It turns recordings and notes into clear standard operating procedures, following the document style you provide. Each SOP is delivered to one destination, such as a shared drive or wiki, for your approval. You supply the recordings; it does not watch your team at work.
What happens when an automated report fails to run?
It retries, and if the run still fails an error alert goes to the person you named at intake. Every run is kept in a history and audit log, so you can see when a report ran and what data it used. Fixing a changed data source is covered by monthly maintenance.
Is the operations stack enough to run a business from?
It covers visibility and documentation: daily updates, the weekly review, recurring reports and SOPs. It does not carry out procedures or make decisions for you. For a single connected system that also links decisions to the numbers, compare it with the AI Business Operations OS before you order.
How much of my time does the intake take?
Most owners spend a few hours across the 72 hours after ordering. Much of it is gathering things you already have: metric definitions, a past weekly review, report examples and process recordings. Missing items delay delivery by 3 working days for each day they are late.
