AI Weekly Business Review
Assembles the weekly business review from metrics and team updates.
A short daily summary of what happened across your team's tools, with anything needing attention flagged first.
Most managers start the day by opening five tools to work out what happened yesterday. This agent does that for you. Each morning it reads updates from tools like Asana, Jira or Slack and sends a short brief with owners and deadlines, putting stuck or overdue work at the top. You read it in a couple of minutes and start with the right priorities.

AI Daily Operations Agent pulls yesterday's updates from the tools your team already uses, such as Asana, Slack or Jira, and delivers a short daily brief with owners and deadlines attached, flagging anything stuck or overdue. It is built to read in two minutes each morning, so priorities are clear before the first meeting.
Small problems become expensive when nobody spots them for a few days. A blocked task, a missed handoff or an overdue client deliverable often hides across tools until a status meeting surfaces it. This agent puts those signals in front of you every morning, so you act early and spend less time chasing updates. Your team keeps working in the tools they already use. The Scope Card lists the sources, the metrics, the delivery channel and the schedule before you buy, so you know exactly what each brief will cover.
The agent pulls yesterday's updates from tools such as Asana, Slack or Jira. It delivers one short brief each morning, built to be read in a couple of minutes.
The daily brief flags anything stuck or overdue, with the owner and deadline attached. Managers can follow up first thing, before the delay grows into a missed commitment.
Every item in the brief carries its owner and deadline, taken from the tools your team already uses. Priorities are clear before the first meeting of the day.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,000 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $4,600 |
Before you start: Record overdue task counts in your project tools and how long managers spend catching up each morning.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it afterwards is billed in your own accounts and typically runs about $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, since a daily brief runs more often than a weekly one.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours for things such as new metrics, an updated SOP or an extra alert threshold. The hours scale with your build. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of included support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A project-management add-on charges a monthly fee per user for status reports | An ops consultancy bills hourly to build a manual daily report | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Scope | A reporting add-on ships generic dashboards you configure yourself | A consultancy's scope depends on the engagement agreed | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A reporting add-on is live immediately but untrained on your metrics | A consultancy usually takes weeks to design and build | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Stuck work | A reporting add-on shows activity, not what is stalled or overdue | An agency build depends on what was agreed and tested | Ours flags stuck items first, checked against your own history |
The build is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy, with express and rush delivery available at a set extra cost. Running the agent afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI usage and hosting, since a daily brief runs often, paid directly in your own accounts. There is no per-user fee from us.
This build delivers a short brief every day, meant to be read in a couple of minutes before your first meeting. AI Weekly Business Review instead assembles a longer document once a week for a business review meeting. Both pull from the same kind of work tools but on different cadences and at different levels of detail.
Up to 3 read-only data sources from tools you already use, commonly Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace. You define the metrics and questions during setup, such as tasks completed, items overdue and blockers raised, up to 25 in total.
It compares each day's activity against thresholds you define during setup, such as a task with no update for a set number of days, or a metric moving outside its normal range. Those rules are tested against 3 months of your historical data, so flags match what your team would actually consider stuck.
Expect to spend one to two hours defining metrics and gathering historical activity data inside the 72-hour intake window. After that, expect around an hour reviewing results checked against 3 months of your data, plus the 60-minute recorded handoff session before launch.
Adjusting existing metric definitions or the brief layout fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. Adding a fourth data source or going past 25 tracked metrics is a defined add-on, quoted and agreed before that work starts.
It is designed to make that meeting faster, not replace it: the brief surfaces what changed and what is stuck, so the meeting can start with decisions instead of status updates. Whether you shorten or keep the meeting is entirely up to your team.
You can move to monthly maintenance, or stop there with a fully working daily brief and no ongoing commitment. Either way, the metric definitions and delivery schedule remain yours and keep running exactly as tested. Maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours for new metrics, an updated SOP or an extra alert threshold.
Order AI Daily Operations Agent and your first daily brief arrives on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
