AI Appointment Setter
Engages leads across chat and email and books qualified appointments.
Interested replies become Google Calendar events on the right rep's calendar, booked from live availability and logged in your CRM.
Prospects who reply yes should not wait for a rep to find a free slot. This edition reads interested replies and books each one into the right rep's Google Calendar from live availability, creating and moving events as plans change. Your CRM supplies the deal stage and owner, and every booking is logged there, so nothing is double-booked or lost.

AI Meeting Booking Agent for Google Calendar reads interested replies to your outreach and books each one into the right rep's Google Calendar. Through Google OAuth with calendar scope it checks live availability, creates and moves events, and uses your CRM as the one more system for deal stage and owner. Every booking is logged in your CRM.
Teams on Google Workspace already live in Google Calendar, so the fastest way to book a warm prospect is straight into it. Manual scheduling adds delay at exactly the moment interest is highest, and rescheduling by email creates errors. This edition books from live availability, follows your routing rules and keeps the CRM in step. The written scope covers the Google Calendar connection, the CRM link and the booking workflows before you order, so the setup is clear from the start.
Through Google OAuth with calendar scope, the agent checks live availability before offering a time. It then creates the event on the right rep's Google Calendar, so clashes are caught first.
When a prospect asks to move a meeting, the agent moves the existing Google Calendar event rather than adding a second one. The CRM record is updated to match the new time.
Your CRM is connected as the one additional system. The agent reads deal stage and owner before booking, then logs every meeting against that deal.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Record how many interested replies became meetings last month and how many of those meetings appear in the CRM.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
One payment covers the build. Running costs of roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting are billed to your own accounts, alongside your existing CRM plan. Google Workspace and Calendar licenses are separate and unchanged.
AI usage during build and testing is billed to your accounts too.

Yes. Once the prospect confirms a time, it creates the event on the chosen rep's Google Calendar with the prospect invited, using the event fields agreed in the mapping. Reschedules move that same event and cancellations remove it, so the calendar does not fill up with stale duplicates.
Google OAuth with calendar scope for the reps whose calendars it books into, approved by your admin and shared securely in the way we agree at intake, never by email. It reads availability and creates or updates events only on those calendars, and access can be revoked from your Google admin console at any time.
They are written into the booking rules at intake: working hours per rep, gaps before and after meetings, and the minimum notice you need. The agent applies them on top of live free and busy time, so a slot that looks open but breaks a rule is not offered.
Context and a record. Connected as the one more system, the CRM tells the agent each prospect's deal stage, owner and history before it picks a rep, and receives the confirmed time afterwards. Without it, routing would rely on the reply alone, which is why we recommend connecting one.
The standard price and the express and rush options are all shown next to this page before you order, each at a fixed amount. Every option includes the calendar mapping, the CRM connection, 50 documented test scenarios, two rounds of changes and a recorded sixty-minute handoff. Only the delivery speed changes between them.
