Quotes, enquiries and subcontractor documents that went quiet get a follow-up tied to the project they concern.
Quotes and tenders go out, then sit unanswered while estimators move on to the next job. This edition follows up with clients, developers and main contractors about the specific project, quote or survey request, using the history in your project tool or CRM. It also chases subcontractors for outstanding documents, so paperwork stops holding up work on site.

AI Follow-Up Engine for Construction follows up with clients who went quiet after an enquiry or a quote, and with subcontractors who owe a document or a site update. It reads project history from your project management tool or CRM before writing. Each follow-up is logged on the project record.
Construction bids take real effort to price, and a quote that goes quiet is work you have already paid for. Estimators rarely have time to chase every one, and a generic check-in rarely earns a reply from a busy developer. This edition keeps follow-up steady and specific, so decisions come back sooner and fewer jobs are lost to silence. The written scope sets out the channel, the connected systems and the Construction workflows before you order, so nothing about the build is open-ended.
The engine reads quote and project history in your project management tool or CRM. It follows up about that specific bid, using quote-stage rules suited to slower construction decisions.
Construction sequences include reminders to subcontractors about the document or update they owe. Each reminder is logged on the project record, so the team can see what is still outstanding.
Routine follow-ups run on one channel within your approval rules. Estimators step in only when a client responds, with the full thread already on the project record.
Every follow-up and response is written to the project record. Business development leads can see which quotes are active, which went cold and what was last said.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,750 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,600 |
Before you start: List your open quotes and tenders with their issue dates and current status. Note which subcontractor documents are overdue and how long they have been waiting.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
One payment covers the build. Day to day it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, billed to your own accounts, on top of your project management or CRM plan. More live quotes and subcontractor packages under review push it toward the higher figure.
AI usage in the build and test phase is billed the same way.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A construction CRM bills per user each month | A bid-support consultant bills for their time | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Quote chasing | A task reminder tells someone to call | Depends on the consultant's availability | Ours drafts the follow-up from the quote and project record itself |
| Subcontractors | Document chasing is usually a manual checklist | Rarely covered at all | Ours chases outstanding subcontractor documents by name |
| Delivery | Quick to license, slow to configure | Set per engagement | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Yes. Document control is one of the workflows in the Construction template. You list the documents each subcontractor must supply, and when one is overdue past your threshold the engine follows up naming that document and project, then stops at the limit you set and flags it to the project manager.
Yes. Quote preparation and enquiry qualification are both in the template, so a quote with no response gets a follow-up that refers to the project and the scope quoted. Price changes, variations or negotiation are held for the estimator or project manager you name, with the history attached.
Two systems with read and write access, chosen from your stack, for example a project management tool or CRM such as HubSpot, plus document storage, email or WhatsApp. If you need three connected, such as a project tool, document storage and WhatsApp together, the third is quoted as a Change Quote.
The fixed price, the standard delivery time and the express and rush options are shown next to this page before you order. Intake items, such as project tool access and your follow-up rules, are due within 72 hours of ordering, and each late day moves delivery by 3 working days. There are no per-message fees from us.
It can follow up on them. Site updates are in the workflow template, so a client waiting on progress news can receive a message drawn from what your team has recorded in the project tool. It does not invent progress: if nothing has been recorded, the message is held for the project manager.
Your business does. Follow-ups, replies and outcomes are written into your own project management tool or CRM, and AI model usage runs on accounts in your name. There is no ongoing license from us, only optional monthly maintenance if you want changes made for you.
