What the Marketing Growth Plan covers

The Marketing Growth Plan is a one-time piece of planning work. We review your website, search, AI search, social, email, ads and tracking with read-only access, then run a recorded workshop with your decision-maker. The plan that follows ranks your channels, splits a monthly budget and names each step.

Who does the work in the plan?

You choose. Each step names either an in-house action or the Upmark Labs product that fits. The fee is credited against your first Upmark Labs service order placed within 30 days, so planning first does not mean paying twice if you go ahead with us.

Targets in the plan are planning targets based on your own numbers. They help you judge progress, but traffic, leads and sales are never promised.

When to start somewhere else

If you already know search is your priority, the SEO Audit and Roadmap goes deeper on that one channel. If visitors arrive but do not convert, start with the CRO Audit. If your tracking is missing, Tracking and Analytics Setup fixes the data any plan depends on.

Questions buyers ask

Is a marketing plan worth paying for before hiring an agency?

Often, yes. A plan tells you what work you actually need before you sign up for a retainer. Ours is not tied to one channel, and it names in-house steps as well as products. You can take it to any provider or hand it to your own team.

What if my analytics data is incomplete?

The plan still works. We review whatever data exists and note the gaps in tracking. If the gaps are serious, the plan may put Tracking and Analytics Setup early in the order of work, so later decisions rest on reliable numbers.

Can the plan cover more than one brand or market?

The Marketing Growth Plan covers one brand in one market, with three competitors. More brands, markets or competitors can be quoted through a Change Quote. Add a note at checkout and we reply with a written quote.
