Social Media Starter suits businesses that want a steady, professional feed without doing it themselves. Social Media Growth suits businesses that also want video in the mix and help keeping up with comments and messages.

Social Media Starter: 12 designed posts a month across two platforms, with a monthly report and a short review call
Social Media Growth: 20 posts and 4 short videos a month across three platforms, with weekday replies to comments and messages
Both: a monthly content plan you approve, captions and graphics in your brand, scheduling and reporting

How does a month of social media work with us?

It starts with onboarding, where we learn your brand, your audience, your goals and any topics to avoid. Before each month, we send a content plan for your approval, with one round of changes. We then write, design and schedule the posts, and every post is proofread and checked against your brand guide. At month end you get a report on what worked and what to try next.

Both services are monthly. The first three months are paid upfront at checkout, then they run month to month, and you can cancel any month after that.

What is not included?

Paid ads and ad spend are separate. If you want to boost posts, you pay the platform directly, and Ads Launch or Ads Management can run campaigns for you. Influencer outreach and filming on location are outside both services. Nobody can honestly guarantee followers, reach or sales, so we commit to the work and report honestly on the results.

Which platforms do you work with?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok on both services. Social Media Starter can also cover X, and Social Media Growth can also cover YouTube Shorts. You choose two platforms on Starter and three on Growth.

Do you answer comments and messages?

On Social Media Growth, yes, during weekday business hours, using your tone of voice and answers you give us. Social Media Starter does not include replies, so your team keeps handling those.

Should I use a service or an AI tool for social media?

Choose a service if you want our team to do the work. Choose the AI Social Media Agent if you would rather have an AI tool your own team runs to draft, schedule and report on posts.
