Automated flows or monthly campaigns: which comes first?

Email Flows Build is a one-time setup of the four flows most online businesses need: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment and post-purchase. Once they are live, they send on their own whenever someone signs up, leaves a cart, browses or buys.

Email Campaigns is a monthly service. We plan four campaigns around your promotions, launches and news, write and design them, send them to the right segments and report on opens, clicks and revenue.

If you have no automated emails yet, flows usually come first, because they work every day. Campaigns then add regular news and offers on top.

What stays in your hands

You approve every email before it goes out. We work inside your own platform as a user you add, so your list, templates and results stay in your account. Your email platform plan is billed to you by the platform, usually by number of contacts.

Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend for both services, plus HubSpot for monthly campaigns. They connect with Shopify, WooCommerce or your website. Each service covers one email platform.

Can you promise more sales from email?

No. We do not promise opens, clicks or sales. Results depend on your list, offers, products and market. We build carefully, test every email and report honestly on what happened.

Do I need maintenance after the flows are built?

No, it is optional. The flows keep running in your account. If you want us to monitor them, fix issues and make changes, you can add monthly maintenance after post-launch support and cancel it any month.
