Website Redesigns, Migrations and Projects

Not every website job is a new build. Sometimes the site needs a new look, a new platform, a store moved or one tool connected. Sometimes you need to plan an app, portal or complex store before anyone builds it. Website Projects are fixed-scope jobs for sites and products you already have or are planning, each with a written scope and accounts kept in your name.

Which website project fits what you need?

Start with the problem in front of you. If the site works but looks dated, redesign it where it is. If you want to leave your current platform, migrate. If you need to connect a tool or plan custom work, pick the project built for that job. Accessibility fixes and UI/UX design sprints now sit in Accessibility & UX.

  • Website Redesign: up to 10 key pages redesigned on the platform you already use, with a redirect map to protect search history
  • Website Migration to WordPress: a Wix, Squarespace or Webflow site of up to 25 pages moved to WordPress, with 301 redirects tested
  • Store Migration: a store moved to Shopify or WooCommerce from WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or BigCommerce, with up to 500 products, customers and orders
  • Integration Pack: one tool connected to your website, mapped, tested and watched by an error alert
  • Discovery Sprint: requirements, wireframes and a fixed build quote for work with no fixed package, such as a custom app, portal, headless site, Shopify Plus or multi-store setup

Redesign or migrate: what is the difference?

A redesign keeps your platform and changes how the site looks. A migration keeps how the site looks and changes the platform underneath. If you want both at once, a new build such as WordPress Business Website or Corporate Website is usually the better fit. Every redesign and migration includes redirects and checks so links and search history are protected. No one can guarantee rankings after any change, but these steps avoid the usual causes of drops.

What happens after the project is finished?

Every project includes a support period for anything that does not work as agreed. After that, it depends on the project. WordPress sites from a redesign or migration are cared for by webcare24, our WordPress care brand. Store Migration and the Integration Pack offer optional monthly maintenance. Audits and sprints hand over documents and files that are yours to keep, with follow-up questions answered for a short time after delivery.

Questions buyers ask

Can I plan an app before committing to build it?

Yes. The Discovery Sprint turns your idea into requirements, wireframes and a fixed build quote, and the sprint price is credited if you go ahead. If you also want to see high-fidelity screens, add a UI/UX Design Sprint from Accessibility & UX after discovery.

What if my project has no fixed-price package?

Start with the Discovery Sprint. Custom apps, client portals, headless sites, Shopify Plus builds and multi-store setups are too varied for a fixed package. The sprint is the paid way in, and it ends with a fixed quote for the build, with the sprint price credited if you go ahead.

Who owns the accounts and files after a project?

You do. Hosting, platforms, tools and design files stay in your name, and our team works through invites or keys you control. Once the order is paid in full, the work made for you is yours.
