- The scenario is tested against 20 real sample runs, with the results shown in the platform's own run history.
- You get a walkthrough of the finished scenario, so your team can read it, adjust a filter or add a step later without starting over.

Do I still pay Zapier or Make separately after the build?
Yes. Your Zapier or Make subscription is paid directly to that platform, typically $20 to $100 a month depending on how many times the scenario runs, alongside AI model usage. We build inside your account, so that account and its billing stay entirely yours.
How long until the Zapier or Make scenario is live?
Standard, Express and Rush delivery times are shown in the price panel before you order. The clock starts from a complete intake, so delivery depends on receiving account access, your system list and sample inputs within 72 hours of ordering. Late information adds time.
Do I need an existing Zapier or Make account before ordering?
No. You can provide access to an existing account or we can note that a new one should be created in your name during intake. Either way, the finished scenario lives in an account you control, not one we keep after the build finishes.
Can I edit the Zapier or Make scenario myself after launch?
Yes. Part of the recorded 45-minute handoff session walks through the finished scenario so your team can read each step, adjust a filter or tweak the AI prompt. Bigger changes, like an added workflow, fit inside monthly maintenance or a separate add-on.
What happens if a step in the scenario fails?
Error handling and retries are built into each step, so a temporary failure, like an API timing out, is retried automatically rather than silently dropping the record. Runs that still fail after retrying are visible in your platform's own run history, along with the reason.
Is the AI step inside the scenario tested before launch?
Yes. The AI step, such as drafting a reply or classifying an entry, is run against 20 real sample inputs from your own data before launch, and you see the results. Two rounds of changes are included if the AI step needs adjusting after that testing.
