AI Personalized Onboarding
Adapts in-product onboarding content and steps to each user's role and goals.
Prospective students, applicants and enrolled learners each find the course details, next enrollment step or learner help they came for.
Prospective students, applicants and enrolled learners all land on the same homepage, and admissions answers the same questions every term. This Education & Training edition adapts your site by learner stage, using your student CRM and an LMS such as Moodle or Canvas. Each visitor sees the course details, next enrollment step or learner help they came for.

AI Website Personalization for Education & Training adapts your site by learner stage: course content and intake dates for prospective students, the next enrollment step for applicants, and learner help and progress links for enrolled students. Rules use your student CRM and LMS, such as Moodle or Canvas, and stay editable.
In Education & Training, admissions and support teams spend each intake answering questions the website already covers. Applicants stall halfway through enrollment because they cannot find the next step, and enrolled learners email support looking for timetables. This edition shows each learner stage what it needs, using data your student CRM and LMS already hold, while no visitor ever sees another learner's details. The Scope Card fixes the stages, systems and workflows before you order, so the project's limits are clear.
Prospective students see course content and upcoming intake dates first. The rule set uses your student CRM to show what matters to them before they enquire.
Applicants see their next enrollment step on the site, based on their CRM record. It can save them emailing admissions just to ask what comes next.
Enrolled students see learner help and links to their progress. The rule set connects to your LMS, such as Moodle or Canvas, so the right links appear.
Rules stay editable within up to six workflows and your approval rules. Admissions can update content for each intake without waiting on a web developer.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Record enquiries, completed applications and support requests for the last intake. Note the pages each group currently lands on.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is paid for once. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, billed to your own accounts, on top of your CRM, LMS and website plans.
Usage while we build and test is also billed to your accounts, so learner data stays with providers you already use.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | An enrollment marketing platform bills per student record | An education marketing agency charges a retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Applicants | See the same pages as new prospects | Depends on the brief | Ours shows each applicant their next enrollment step |
| Enrolled learners | Rarely recognized on the public site | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours shows learner help and the LMS link |
| Delivery | Integration takes most of a term | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Yes, an LMS such as Moodle or Canvas is usually one of the two connected systems, used to recognize enrolled learners and their progress. Your student CRM is typically the other. The exact access needed is confirmed at intake, and a third system would go through a Change Quote.
When an applicant is identified from your student CRM, for example by signing in or following a link from an admissions email, the page shows their next step and deadline from the enrollment steps you publish. Steps not in your content are never invented.
The support options you approve, such as tutor contact details, study skills pages or catch-up sessions, shown when your LMS data marks a learner as behind. The build does not grade or judge learners; it uses the progress data and thresholds you define.
Expect about $50 to $250 a month for AI usage and hosting, paid in your own accounts alongside your student CRM and LMS plans. We do not charge per learner or per inquiry. The one-time build price, with each delivery speed, is shown in the panel on this page, together with the Scope Card that lists what is included.
Yes. Updating intake dates, fees and enrollment steps for a new term is routine maintenance. The monthly change hours cover most term updates, and the new dates go live once approved. The same hours cover new courses. Maintenance also includes monitoring and fixes, starts after the post-launch support period, and can be cancelled any month.
Segments use only the data and consent settings agreed at intake, and visitors who cannot be identified see your default site. No learner ever sees another learner's details. For extra controls, the PII Redaction Layer and the Audit Logging Add-on are available.
