AI Website Personalization
Personalizes website content by visitor segment and behavior.
What a person sees is coordinated across their whole relationship with you, from first visit through to repeat customer.
Customers move from first visit to signup to first purchase to repeat order, but most tools treat each step as if the last one never happened. This build coordinates what a person sees on your site and in their inbox at every lifecycle stage, using signals from HubSpot, Klaviyo or Segment. Rules stay editable, and an A/B test measures the lift.

AI Customer Journey Personalization coordinates what a person experiences across the full customer lifecycle, first visit, signup, first purchase, repeat customer, rather than personalizing one page or channel in isolation. Rules stay visible and editable, and anyone outside a defined stage still gets your default experience.
When web and email are personalized separately, customers get mixed messages: a welcome offer after they have already bought, or a sign-up prompt sent to a loyal customer. Those moments erode trust and waste good traffic. This build ties both channels to one view of each person's stage, so the next step always makes sense. The Scope Card fixes the stages, connected systems and workflows before you order, so the coordination you are buying is defined in writing.
The system coordinates what a person experiences across first visit, signup, first purchase and repeat customer. It looks at the whole lifecycle rather than one page in isolation.
Lifecycle stage decides what a person experiences next. A new signup sees getting-started content, while a repeat customer sees something that reflects their history with you.
Up to six workflows map the journey under your approval rules. Your team can see the whole path in one place and edit each stage as needed.
Anyone outside a defined stage still gets your default experience. Rules stay visible, so gaps in the journey are easier to spot and fill over time.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,800 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,650 |
Before you start: Define each lifecycle stage and record current conversion between them for the month before launch.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running this after launch is typically $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, alongside whatever you already pay for your CRM or ESP plan, such as HubSpot or Klaviyo. Cost tracks how many people move through tracked stages, not how many stages you define.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf your journey needs more stages or systems than the Scope Card covers, note it at checkout. A written Change Quote follows, the extra work waits for your yes, and your original order keeps its planned date regardless. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours to add or adjust stages as your lifecycle evolves. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of post-launch support and can be cancelled any month.
$295/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A journey-orchestration platform charges by contact volume monthly | An agency quotes lifecycle mapping as a separate project | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A journey platform gives you the tool, you build the stages | An agency scope is agreed project by project | Ours is written on the Scope Card, stages built for you |
| Delivery | A journey platform needs weeks of internal setup | An agency journey project usually runs several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Coordination | A journey platform often treats web and email as separate setups | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours coordinates what a stage shows across channels |
| Measuring impact | A journey platform often sells reporting as an add-on | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours includes A/B test setup in the price |
One fixed price covers coordinated personalization across the lifecycle stages you define, up to two connected systems and up to six workflows, plus 50 documented test scenarios across each stage before launch. The price and each delivery speed are shown in the panel on this page, so you see the full build cost before you order, not after a discovery call.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the panel on this page, counted from the day intake is complete and access is verified. Most of that time goes on agreeing stage definitions and connecting your CRM or ESP, so naming who can approve stages early keeps the build on schedule.
Website personalization changes what one channel shows in isolation; this build coordinates what a person sees across their whole relationship with you, on the site and in email, based on the stage they are actually in. A first-time visitor and a returning customer are treated as genuinely different people, not just different page views.
It needs real activity data from a CRM or ESP such as HubSpot or Klaviyo: signups, purchases and engagement events that show which stage someone is actually in. Sample records across a few stages are used to build and test the rules, so the journey reflects real behavior rather than an assumed funnel.
They see your default experience exactly as it stands today, on the site and in email, rather than a gap or a half-triggered sequence. Fallback to default content is built into every stage rule, so an unrecognised visitor or an edge-case customer never sees a broken handoff between stages.
Expect roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever you already pay for your CRM or ESP plan. That cost tracks how many people are actively moving through tracked stages each month, not how many stages or rules you have configured overall.
You do. Every stage definition, coordination rule and workflow built for your customer journey belongs to you once delivered, the same as work from an in-house lifecycle team would. We do not reuse your customer data, your stage logic or your rule set for any other customer's journey.
You have five working days after delivery to flag anything that does not match the Scope Card, and that gets fixed as part of the original build price, not a paid Change Quote. Beyond that window, further tuning of stages or coordination rules runs through monthly maintenance instead.
