AI Website Personalization
Personalizes website content by visitor segment and behavior.
Specific content blocks, a homepage hero, a recommended-reading module, adapt to fit each reader's interests.
Your homepage hero and recommended-reading module show the same thing to everyone, even though readers arrive with very different interests. This build adapts those specific blocks to each reader, using browsing history from GA4, Segment or your CMS, without restructuring your pages. Editors can read and change every rule, and readers with no history see your default block.

AI Content Personalization recommends and adapts individual content blocks and modules, such as a homepage hero or a recommended-reading section, to fit each reader, rather than restructuring the whole site or page. Rules stay visible and editable, and a reader with no history sees your default block.
Content teams invest heavily in articles, guides and product pages, then show the same few pieces to every visitor. Readers who see nothing relevant leave, and good work stays buried. This build makes your most visible modules work harder by matching them to what each reader cares about, while your editors stay in control of the rules. The Scope Card fixes the blocks, connected systems and workflows before you order, so it is clear which modules adapt and which stay static.
Individual content blocks, such as the homepage hero, adapt to each reader. The rest of the page stays as designed, so changes are targeted and contained.
The recommended-reading section picks content that fits each reader's interests. Readers see pieces they are more likely to open, rather than one fixed list for all.
This works at the block level, not across the whole site or page. You can personalize key modules without rebuilding any templates or page layouts.
A reader with no history sees your default block. Rules stay visible and editable, so your team decides exactly what the fallback version shows them.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record click-through on the blocks you plan to personalize and overall pages per session.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running this after launch usually costs $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever you already pay for your CMS or analytics, such as GA4 or Segment. Cost tracks how many page views get a personalized block, not the number of modules you configure.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need more content blocks or systems than the Scope Card covers, note it at checkout. A written Change Quote follows, the extra work waits for your approval, and your original order keeps its planned date. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and enough hours to adjust content-matching rules as your library grows. It starts after the 30 days of post-launch support and can be cancelled any month.

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A recommendation widget charges monthly by traffic volume | An agency quotes content strategy work separately | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A recommendation widget is a black-box algorithm you cannot edit | An agency scope is agreed project by project | Ours is written on the Scope Card, rules you can read |
| Delivery | A recommendation widget is quick to embed but slow to tune | An agency content project usually runs several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Where it applies | A recommendation widget is usually bolted onto one module | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours covers every content block you specify, in one build |
| Measuring impact | A recommendation widget often sells reporting separately | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours includes A/B test setup in the price |
One fixed price covers personalized content blocks across up to two connected systems and up to six workflows, including 50 documented test scenarios run against your real content and reader data. That price is in the panel on this page, with each delivery speed, so it is visible before you buy rather than estimated after a discovery call.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the panel on this page. It counts from the day your intake is complete and access is verified. Most of the time goes on choosing the blocks to personalize and agreeing the reader segments, so having your content inventory ready helps the most.
Just the specific modules you choose, such as a homepage hero or a recommended-reading section, not the whole page layout. That narrower, block-level scope is what keeps this build faster and cheaper than a full site-wide personalization project, while still giving each module a real reason to change per reader.
It reads reading and browsing behavior from tools such as GA4, Segment or your CMS at the moment a page loads, without needing a full customer profile to work. A returning reader who has shown interest in one topic sees different recommended content than someone browsing for the first time.
Your current default content block, exactly as it exists today, rather than an empty or broken module while data is still missing. Fallback to default content is a built-in part of every rule, so a first-time visitor or an anonymous reader never sees a gap where personalized content should be.
Expect roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever you already pay for your CMS or analytics tools. That cost tracks how many page views actually receive a personalized block, not how many modules or content options you have configured overall.
You do. Every reader segment, matching rule and workflow built for your content blocks belongs to you once delivered, the same as work from an in-house editorial or product team would. We do not reuse your reader data, your matching logic or your content rules for any other customer.
You have five working days after delivery to flag anything that does not match the Scope Card, and that gets fixed as part of the original build price, not a paid Change Quote. Beyond that window, further tuning of block rules runs through monthly maintenance instead. Most fixes at that stage are narrow adjustments to a single block rule, not a rebuild of the whole personalization setup.
Order AI Content Personalization and your key content blocks adapt per reader on a fixed delivery date, with rules you can see and edit.
