AI Employee Onboarding
Runs new-hire onboarding checklists, documents and first-week guidance.
Applications for plant and production roles are scored against your role criteria, so supervisors review a ranked shortlist, not a pile.
Hiring for the plant floor means checking every application for the right trade qualifications, equipment licenses, safety training and shift availability. Doing that by hand slows hiring while lines run short-staffed. This edition reads each application, flags anything missing against your role criteria and ranks applicants for your HR team or supervisor to review. The final hiring call always stays with your people.

AI Resume Screening for Manufacturing extracts the details that matter for your production, maintenance and quality roles from each application, such as certifications or shift availability you define, and scores them against your role criteria. A reviewer approves every shortlist.
An empty operator or maintenance post costs output every shift it stays open, and supervisors pulled into reading CVs are not running their lines. Manual screening also misses details, like an expired license or a shift pattern that does not fit. This edition checks every application against the criteria you set for machine operators, technicians, quality inspectors and shift supervisors, and hands over a ranked list with the evidence shown. The Scope Card lists the intake route, systems, document types and testing in writing before you order, so there are no surprises mid-build.
The fields you define, such as forklift or machine certifications, are extracted from each application. Applicants are scored against your manufacturing role criteria before anyone books an interview.
Shift availability can be one of the extracted fields. Applicants who cannot cover the pattern you need are clear on the shortlist, so supervisors stop interviewing people who cannot work it.
Screening runs in the background as applications arrive. The plant manager receives a ranked shortlist to approve, rather than a folder of unread applications for technician and operator roles.
The manufacturing role criteria library holds separate criteria for production, maintenance and quality roles. Each application is scored against the right set for the job it applies to.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,750 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,600 |
Before you start: Record your open production roles and how long each has been open. Note how often interviewees turned out to lack a needed certification.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. Running costs land at roughly $30 to $200 a month depending on page volume, covering OCR, AI usage and storage in your own accounts. A hiring push for a new shift raises volume, and the cost moves with it.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to you directly.

Yes, if you list them. Certifications become fields to extract, and a validation rule flags any application where a mandatory one is missing or unclear. The reviewer sees that flag next to the score. The screen checks what the documents state; it does not verify certificates with the issuing body.
From one intake route: an email inbox or an upload folder, for example in your document storage. Applicants keep applying the way they do now. The shortlist then goes to one destination system, such as Greenhouse or another ATS or HRIS you already use.
No. Automated hiring or employment decisions are excluded. It extracts, validates and scores, and your HR team or supervisors make every decision. Applicants it is unsure about go to a named reviewer rather than being filtered out, so nobody is dropped by the model alone.
Faster delivery options and their prices sit in the delivery panel on this page, next to the standard speed. Every speed covers the same Scope Card, including the Manufacturing role template and an accuracy report on 100 of your sample documents. Only the date changes. Running costs of roughly $30 to $200 a month, depending on page volume, are paid directly to providers in your own accounts.
You see the numbers before launch. We process 100 of your sample documents and send an accuracy report showing how extraction and scoring performed against your criteria. Two rounds of changes then adjust fields or weighting wherever the report shows gaps, before live applications are screened.
Yes, with an add-on. The base scope covers one intake route. For separate sites with their own inboxes or criteria, the Multi-Location Setup add-on, $2,500, configures each location, or a Change Quote covers a different arrangement before any extra work begins.
