AI Tenant & Maintenance Agent for Property Managers
Answers tenant questions, triages maintenance requests by urgency and creates work orders in your property software; an edition of AI Real Estate…
Process, next-step and document questions answered for buyers and sellers throughout a transaction, day or night.
Buyers and sellers ask the same process questions: what happens next, what does this document mean, when is the deposit due. This agent answers them at any hour from your approved policies and process notes, not general knowledge, so each answer matches how your agency works. It can also answer general lease questions. Anything that needs an agent or property manager goes to the right person.

AI Real Estate Support answers the questions buyers and sellers ask throughout a transaction. Examples are what happens next, what a document means and when a deposit is due. It can also answer general lease questions. Maintenance requests and repair triage belong to AI Tenant & Maintenance Agent for Property Managers. It works from your approved policies, not general knowledge.
Clients in the middle of a transaction are anxious, and they ask the same questions many times. Each one interrupts an agent or property manager, and slow answers make clients feel forgotten. This agent gives them a clear, consistent answer whenever they ask, based only on the policies you approve, and passes real issues to your team. Agents get time back for negotiations and new business, and clients feel looked after. The Scope Card fixes the channel, connected systems and six workflows in writing before you buy, so you know which questions it answers.
The support agent answers questions about next steps throughout a transaction, from your approved process notes. Clients get an answer without waiting for their agent to call back.
The agent explains what a document means in plain words, based on the policies and notes you approve. It does not rely on general knowledge, so explanations match your process.
General lease questions are answered from your policies. Maintenance requests are passed to your team. For repair triage and work orders, see AI Tenant & Maintenance Agent for Property Managers.
Clients can ask when a deposit is due and get the answer from your records. Up to six workflows set which questions it answers and which go to your staff.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Tally a typical week's client and tenant questions by type. Note how much agent time goes to status updates.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts: roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, on top of the CRM or helpdesk plan you already pay for.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Real Estate Support, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and a monthly allowance of change hours, enough for updated policies or a new FAQ. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$295/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A helpdesk chatbot charges per seat and reads generic real estate content | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A helpdesk chatbot answers from a public knowledge base, not your own policies | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A helpdesk chatbot is live the day you subscribe, with no policies loaded | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Coverage | A helpdesk chatbot covers sales questions, tenants are often out of scope | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours covers buyers and sellers, plus general tenant lease questions |
The build is one fixed price, paid once, and the price and delivery panel on this page shows it for each delivery speed. It covers the Scope Card in full: one client channel, two connected systems such as your CRM and property management tool, up to 100 policy documents, six workflows with handoff rules, testing and a recorded handoff. There is no charge per question answered.
The delivery time for each speed is fixed and shown in the price and delivery panel on this page. It starts once your intake is complete and access is verified, so sending your process notes, lease FAQs and handoff contacts early keeps the date. We test the agent against real client questions you share before it ever answers a buyer, seller or tenant.
We need your policies, process notes and FAQs for buyers and sellers, and for tenants too if you manage rentals, plus ten real sample conversations or emails to test against. Admin access is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and one person on your side approves the policies before launch.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, on top of the CRM or helpdesk plan you already pay for. Agencies with higher conversation volume sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most updates to policies, FAQs or handoff rules happen before launch based on the test scenarios. After that, small updates fit inside the monthly change hours of maintenance, and a genuinely new workflow, for example a rental-specific flow, comes as a quoted add-on.
Partly. It answers general lease and renewal questions from your policies and passes maintenance requests to your team. It does not triage repairs or create work orders. Is most of your volume tenants and maintenance? Then AI Tenant & Maintenance Agent for Property Managers is the better fit, with urgency triage and on-call routing.
AI Property Inquiry Agent answers narrow questions about one specific listing, price, features, availability. AI Real Estate Support answers the broader process and next-step questions that come up throughout a whole transaction or tenancy, across buyers, sellers and tenants. Agencies selling and managing rentals often need both.
You do. Every conversation, policy and record stays inside your own CRM or property management system under your own account throughout the build and afterwards. We configure and test the answer and handoff logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support that follow.
Order AI Real Estate Support and it starts answering buyer, seller and tenant questions from your own policies on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
