AI Tenant & Maintenance Agent for Property Managers
Answers tenant questions, triages maintenance requests by urgency and creates work orders in your property software; an edition of AI Real Estate…
Every showing and enquiry followed up on schedule, so warm leads hear from you before they go cold.
Your agents mean to check in after every showing and enquiry, but the day fills up and warm leads go quiet. This agent sends that follow-up for them, asks how the viewing went, answers simple next-step questions, and sends a timed second message when a lead stops replying. Anything that needs an agent's judgment goes back to the right person with the context attached.

AI Real Estate Follow-Up sends the check-in message after a showing or a portal enquiry that your team means to send but rarely has time for. It asks how the viewing went, answers simple next-step questions, and nudges a cooling lead back toward a decision.
Deals are often won in the follow-up, and that is the work that slips first when agents are busy. A buyer who hears nothing after a viewing assumes you are not interested, and a seller lead left for a week calls another agency. This agent makes sure every showing and enquiry gets a timely, personal check-in, and it brings the interested ones back to your agents. Nothing about your process changes except that it now happens every time. The Scope Card fixes the connected systems and the workflow in writing before you buy.
The follow-up workflow sends a check-in after each showing or portal enquiry, through the systems you connect. Buyers hear from you even in the weeks your team is flat out.
Each check-in asks how the viewing went and passes the reply back to your team. Agents can see which buyers liked a property before deciding who to call first.
Leads that cool off get a gentle nudge back toward a decision. Simple next-step questions are answered within a single workflow of up to twelve steps, including one AI drafting step.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $2,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $3,400 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $3,900 |
Before you start: Check how many recent showings got a follow-up and how soon. Note how many leads went quiet after a first viewing.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, and for a follow-up workflow that mostly means the automation platform and AI model usage: roughly $20 to $100 a month for most agencies.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Real Estate Follow-Up, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and a monthly allowance of change hours, enough for a new message variant or an adjusted schedule. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A drip-email tool charges monthly whether or not a lead ever replies | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A drip tool sends generic sequences built for any industry | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A drip tool is live the day you sign up, tuned to nobody's listings | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Logging | A drip tool logs opens and clicks, not deal context | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours logs every message against the right buyer and listing in your CRM |
One fixed build price covers it, paid once, and you can see it for each delivery speed in the price and delivery panel on this page. It includes the Scope Card in full: one background workflow of up to twelve steps with one AI drafting step, up to three connected systems such as your CRM and email or SMS tool, testing and a recorded handoff. We charge nothing per message sent.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the price and delivery panel on this page, counted from when intake is complete and access is verified. To keep that date, share your CRM access, your messaging account and a few examples of follow-ups your best agents send. We test the sequence on sample leads before any real buyer or seller receives a message.
We need admin or API access to the systems involved in a follow-up, typically your CRM, your calendar and your messaging channel, plus five to ten real sample enquiries or showings to test against. Everything is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and one person on your side approves the sequence before launch.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $20 to $100 a month for the automation platform and the AI model usage behind each message. Agencies running more sequences a month sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most adjustments to timing or wording happen before launch. After that, small tweaks fit inside the monthly change hours of maintenance, and a genuinely new sequence, for example a separate flow for rental enquiries, comes as a quoted add-on.
Yes. Maintenance bills monthly and can be cancelled any month, with no fixed term once the free 30 days of post-launch support ends. If you cancel, the follow-up sequence keeps running exactly as built; you just take on monitoring and any future changes yourself, or come back to maintenance later.
AI Real Estate Follow-Up runs a scheduled outbound sequence after a showing or enquiry, a check-in, then a nudge, with no ongoing conversation expected. AI Real Estate Support answers inbound questions from clients already mid-transaction, on demand, across the whole process. Many agencies run Follow-Up to generate the conversations that Support then handles.
You do. Every message sent, every reply, and every CRM record stays in your own accounts under your name throughout the build and afterwards. We configure and test the sequence, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support that follow.
Order AI Real Estate Follow-Up and it starts checking in after every showing and enquiry on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
