AI Client Reporting
Assembles client reports from project and performance data.
Client updates drafted from your Asana projects: what was delivered, what is due next, and what is waiting on the client.
Your Asana projects already show what was delivered and what is due, but clients need it in plain words. This edition reads each client's tasks and comments, drafts an update covering what was done, what comes next and what is waiting on the client, and passes it to the account lead to approve. Each sent update is recorded as an Asana comment.

AI Project Status Agent for Asana turns the tasks in a client's Asana project into an accurate status update. It reads completed, upcoming and overdue tasks and their comments, drafts the update in one AI step, and passes it to the account lead to approve. A comment in Asana records each update sent.
Client work stalls most often while waiting on the client: feedback, approvals, missing files. When status updates are irregular, those waits stay invisible and deadlines slip with nobody clearly responsible. This edition turns your Asana projects into a consistent update that shows progress and names what the client owes, so conversations stay factual and friendly. Your account lead still approves every message. The Scope Card fixes the Asana mapping, the extra connection and the workflow steps before you order, so the scope is clear from the start.
The agent reads completed, upcoming and overdue tasks and their comments in the client's Asana project. It drafts the update in one AI step, ready for the account lead to approve.
Overdue tasks are part of what the agent reads, so they appear in the draft. The account lead still decides on wording before the update is sent.
A comment in Asana records each update sent, through the two-way connection. The team can check the project and see what the client was told.
The documented field mapping fixes which Asana fields feed the update. Everyone gets the same reading of status, set during setup and tested on sandbox records.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record the time each client update takes today and note any recent cases where a client raised overdue work first.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Ongoing costs are roughly $20 to $100 a month for the automation platform and AI model usage, billed in your accounts, scaling with how many client projects you cover and how often they update. Asana licenses and plan upgrades are excluded.
Any AI usage during the build and testing is charged to your accounts as well.

Tasks, projects and comments. It reads the tasks in each client's project, including due dates, completion and their comments, and writes one comment back recording the update that went out. Which projects and fields are covered is fixed in the mapping your Asana admin approves. Custom Asana objects are excluded.
Yes. Tasks you mark as waiting on the client, for example by keeping them in a dedicated section, are listed separately in each update. That keeps outstanding feedback or approvals visible to the client every time, rather than buried in a long task list.
No. Every draft goes to the account lead named for that client, who approves, edits or holds it. Only approved updates are sent, through the one extra connection such as your mailbox. The workflow has no customer-facing channel of its own and never replies to clients.
You will find both in the price and delivery panel on this page, which shows the one-time price beside each delivery speed, faster options included. All of them cover the same Scope Card. The clock starts once your Asana access, sample updates and process description are confirmed, which is due within 72 hours of ordering.
The Scope Card sets one workflow of up to 12 steps, which runs for each client project in the mapping agreed at intake. More projects mean more runs, so running costs move toward the top of the roughly $20 to $100 monthly range. Adding a client later fits inside maintenance hours.
You can choose monthly maintenance. It covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a monthly health report and a monthly allowance of change hours, and you can cancel any month. Without it, the workflow keeps running in your accounts as built. The Asana sync, agreed field mapping and drafting step all stay as tested at handoff.
