AI Pipeline Intelligence for Pipedrive
Analyses pipeline health and flags stalled, at-risk and slipping deals, connected natively to Pipedrive so it reads and updates persons, organizations, deals…
A weekly view of which deals are stalling, at risk or slipping, before they show up as a missed quarter.
Deals rarely die loudly. They stall, slip a week, then quietly drop out of the quarter. This build reads your CRM's deal data every week and flags the deals that are stalling, at risk or slipping, judged against how your own past deals actually moved. Sales leaders get an early, honest view of pipeline health, and reps know exactly which deals need attention first.

AI Pipeline Intelligence reads your CRM's deal data and flags stalled, at-risk and slipping deals against the patterns in your own pipeline history, delivered as a dashboard or recurring report. You set what counts as stalled or slipping, and each flag comes with the reason, so managers know where to step in first.
Most pipeline surprises are visible weeks in advance, if someone has time to look. Sales leaders usually do not, so risk only shows up at the forecast call, when it is too late to recover the deal. This build does the looking for you. It learns what normal progress means in your pipeline and flags deals that fall behind, with the reason. Managers coach earlier and forecasts get more honest. The rules, metrics and alert channels are written into the scope before you order, so you know exactly what it will report.
The tool reads your CRM's deal data and flags stalled, at-risk and slipping deals as they appear. Flags arrive through a dashboard or recurring report, with up to five alerts.
Flags are based on deal data and patterns in your own pipeline history, not on opinion. Managers can open each review with the same view of risk.
Each flag comes with the reason behind it. Managers can see where to step in first, instead of working through a long list of deals.
You set what counts as stalled or slipping, and results are checked against three months of your historical data. Flags reflect how your pipeline actually behaves.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,500 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,100 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $4,750 |
Before you start: Record last quarter's forecast against actual results, and how many deals slipped past their close date.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, on top of the CRM plan you already pay for. Cost tracks how often the report refreshes and how many deals it evaluates: a weekly report on a few hundred deals sits at the low end, a daily report on a larger pipeline sits higher.
AI usage during build and testing is billed to your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsAdd a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.
Request a custom versionAfter launch, monthly maintenance keeps the analysis in line with how you sell. It covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and enough monthly change hours for new metrics or adjusted thresholds. It starts after the 30 days of included support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A CRM reporting add-on charges a monthly fee per dashboard | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Risk definitions | A reporting add-on ships generic thresholds not tuned to your pipeline | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours is checked against three months of your own deal history |
| Alerts | A reporting add-on usually needs manual dashboard checks | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours pushes up to five alerts to email, Slack or a dashboard |
| Delivery | A reporting add-on installs fast but thresholds still need tuning by your team | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
One fixed price, shown on this page before you buy, covers the whole build: the metrics, thresholds, alert logic and dashboard described on the Scope Card, tested against your own pipeline history. There are no seat licenses or per-use fees from us. Express and rush delivery are available for a set extra amount, also shown upfront. Ongoing AI usage and hosting are billed in your own accounts, so you always see what you pay.
From the thresholds you set, checked against at least three months of your own historical CRM data, so flags reflect how your pipeline actually behaves rather than a generic industry rule that may not fit your sales cycle. That grounding is what keeps the flags useful instead of generic noise.
Wherever you choose from the options in scope: email, Slack or a web dashboard. You pick one delivery channel during intake, and the schedule it refreshes on is agreed at the same time. Most teams choose whichever channel their sales leadership already checks daily.

No. It reads your data sources read-only and only ever produces a report or an alert; nothing in your CRM is changed, so there is no risk of it overwriting a field a rep is relying on. That separation keeps the analysis safely apart from your working records.
Up to five, configured for the situations you care about most, such as a deal with no activity past a set number of days or a stage change that looks unusual against your historical pattern. Most teams start with two or three and add more once they trust the signal.
A fourth source beyond the three included is available as a written Change Quote, priced before the work starts. Small changes to existing metrics or thresholds fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. Most ongoing tuning, such as an adjusted threshold, needs no new quote at all.
You do. It reads from your own CRM and data sources, and the report itself, along with every AI provider relationship, is delivered to a channel you control rather than a dashboard we host. We do not keep a separate copy of any of it after handoff.
