AI Hotel Operations Assistant
Coordinates housekeeping, maintenance requests and shift handovers.
Pace, pickup and competitor rates checked daily, with alerts before a pricing gap costs you a booking window.
Setting rates without a revenue team means guessing from a busy inbox and a spreadsheet. This assistant tracks pace, pickup and RevPAR against last year and your comp set, checks competitor rates, and sends a recurring report with alerts to your revenue manager. It reads your PMS, channel manager and rate-shopping tool, and it never changes a rate. Every pricing decision stays yours.

AI Hotel Revenue Assistant tracks pace, pickup and RevPAR against last year and your comp set, checks competitor rates, and delivers a recurring report plus alerts to your revenue manager. It reads your PMS, channel manager and rate-shopping tool, and never changes a rate itself.
Owners and general managers often learn about a pricing gap after the booking window has closed, because pulling pace reports and checking competitor rates by hand takes time they do not have. This assistant does that checking on schedule and flags what needs attention, so rate decisions are made with current numbers in front of you. It reads your data but never changes a rate, which keeps control where it belongs. The Scope Card lists the data sources, the report and the alerts before you buy, so you know exactly what lands in your inbox.
The revenue assistant reads your PMS, channel manager and rate-shopping tool, all read-only. It brings pace, pickup and RevPAR into one recurring report, so the numbers are ready when you sit down.
Each report sets your performance against last year and your comp set, including competitor rates. You can see where you stand before deciding on a change.
Up to five alerts notify your revenue manager when a metric moves past the line you set. That makes it possible to react to demand shifts between scheduled reports.
The assistant never changes a rate itself; it only reports and alerts. Results are checked against three months of your historical data, and every pricing decision stays with you.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,200 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,000 |
Before you start: Record RevPAR, occupancy and ADR for the same period last year, plus your current comp set position. Note weekly hours spent building revenue reports.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running AI Hotel Revenue Assistant afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling. AI usage during the build and testing is billed the same way, directly to your accounts, so the provider relationship stays yours, not ours.
Ask about running costsIf your data sources or metrics go past the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and change hours for a new alert, an updated comp set or a revised metric definition. It starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$270/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A revenue-management platform charges a recurring per-room monthly license | A revenue-management consultant charges a recurring retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generic RM platform ships fixed metrics you cannot redefine | A consultant's scope depends on the engagement agreed | Ours tracks up to twenty-five metrics you define yourself |
| Delivery | An RM platform still needs real data connections before numbers are trustworthy | A consultant engagement usually starts on their own schedule | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Control | Some RM platforms auto-adjust rates without a human check | A consultant's recommendations depend on their own analysis | Ours recommends and alerts; you decide every rate change |
It is one fixed build price, paid once, with each delivery speed and its price shown in the price and delivery panel on this page. The Scope Card is fully covered: up to three read-only data sources such as your PMS, channel manager and rate shopper, one recurring report plus five alerts, up to 25 defined metrics, testing and a recorded handoff. Running costs are AI usage and hosting in your own account.
No, not as standard. AI Hotel Revenue Assistant reads your data and recommends a response, flagging where pickup is behind pace or where a competitor's rate has moved, but it does not write changes back into your PMS on its own. Automated write-access rate changes are possible as a custom build, priced and scoped separately.
Running it afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling. There is no separate platform license on top of that figure. The exact cost depends mainly on how often the report and alerts run, and how many data sources feed into it.
We need read-only access to each data source, your PMS, channel manager and any rate-shopping tool, sandbox or test records if available, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email. Your own metric definitions and at least three months of historical data let us build a report that matches numbers you already trust.
Yes. Adding a new alert, adjusting a metric definition, or updating your comp set usually fits inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. Adding a fourth data source beyond the three in scope, or metrics beyond the twenty-five included, goes through a Change Quote agreed before that work starts.
Yes. Maintenance runs month to month with no lock-in, so you can cancel any month once the 30 days of included support has ended. Unused hours do not roll over. Bigger changes, such as a fourth data source, go through a Change Quote.
AI Hotel Upsell Agent is guest-facing: it sends upgrade and add-on offers directly to guests. This build is internal, built for your revenue manager or GM, tracking pace, pickup and competitor rates so pricing decisions are made with current numbers rather than a spreadsheet updated once a week.
