AI Pipeline Intelligence
Analyses pipeline health and flags stalled, at-risk and slipping deals.
Pipedrive deals that stopped moving get a follow-up written from their activities, with the next step logged on the deal.
Pipedrive makes stalled deals easy to spot, but writing a thoughtful follow-up for each one still takes time. This edition reads persons, organizations, deals and activities, picks out deals that have gone quiet at any stage and follows up using the history on that deal. Each message and reply is logged, and the next step lands on the deal where your team will see it.

AI Follow-Up Engine for Pipedrive reads persons, organizations, deals and activities in your Pipedrive account, picks out deals that have gone quiet at any stage, and follows up using the history on that deal. Each message and reply is logged back in Pipedrive. Approval rules control what it sends.
Pipedrive is built around activity, and a deal without a next activity is a deal at risk. Small sales teams see the warnings but rarely have time to act on every one with a message that reflects the earlier conversation. This edition closes that gap, so deals keep moving without extra admin. The written scope sets out the Pipedrive field mapping, one additional connected system and the workflows before you order, so you know exactly how it fits your pipeline.
The engine picks out deals that have gone quiet at any stage of your pipeline. It follows up using the history on that deal, so the message reads as if it came from the owner.
Follow-up timing comes from up to six workflows with your approval rules. Reps stop adding a reminder activity to each deal simply to remember to chase it.
Each message and reply is logged back to the person, organization and deal in Pipedrive. The deal timeline shows the full conversation, ready for the rep to pick up.
Approval rules decide what the engine sends on its own and what waits for a person. The documented field mapping shows exactly what it writes to Pipedrive.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,450 |

Before you start: Save a filter of rotting or inactive deals and note the count by stage. Record your current win rate for deals that went quiet.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is paid for once. To run it, budget roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting in your own accounts, alongside your existing Pipedrive plan. Pipedrive licenses or plan upgrades are not included.
AI usage during building and testing is billed to your accounts in the same way.
Ask about running costsIf you need custom Pipedrive objects beyond the agreed mapping, a second channel, or more than six workflows, add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote.

Persons, organizations, deals and activities, through a two-way connection. The field mapping agreed on the setup call decides which fields are read and which may be updated, and it is documented for you. Custom objects beyond that mapping are left alone unless added by Change Quote.
By the silence rule for its stage. You set how long a deal may sit without a completed activity or reply, and that can differ per pipeline stage. Each day the engine checks deals against those rules and only drafts follow-ups for the ones that crossed them.
A Pipedrive API token or an OAuth app, plus a Pipedrive admin for a 30-minute setup call. Access is limited to what the mapping needs. Your Pipedrive subscription stays as it is, and any license or plan upgrade is outside the build price.
The fixed price and standard delivery time are shown next to this page before you order, alongside faster express and rush options. The intake checklist is due within 72 hours of ordering, and every late day adds 3 working days, so having Pipedrive admin access ready makes the biggest difference to your go-live date.
Yes. Every follow-up and reply is recorded as an activity on the deal, so the owner sees it in Pipedrive alongside their own calls and emails. Messages your rules do not allow to send automatically wait for that owner to approve them first.
Yes, within the six workflows on the Scope Card. Each pipeline, or each group of stages, can have its own rules and tone. If you need more than six workflows, the Additional Workflow add-on or a Change Quote covers the extra, priced before any work starts.
