AI Contract Intelligence
Extracts key terms, dates and obligations across your contract library.
Parties, references and key dates pulled from incoming legal paperwork into your matter system, with every deadline confirmed by a person.
Notices, intake forms and correspondence arrive every day, and someone has to read each one for parties, references and dates before anything else happens. This build extracts the fields you define with a confidence score on each and sends every date to a person for confirmation before it reaches your matter system. It reads what the document says. It gives no legal advice.

AI Document Extraction for Legal Operations reads incoming legal paperwork, such as intake forms, court or tribunal notices and correspondence, and extracts the fields you define, including parties, matter references and key dates, each with a confidence score. Results reach your matter management system after review. It gives no legal advice.
A misread date on a court notice is one of the most expensive mistakes a legal team can make, and it usually happens because a busy paralegal is retyping their fortieth document of the day. Manual entry is slow, and it puts risk exactly where you can least afford it. This build removes the retyping and keeps a person on every date that matters, with the source page alongside. The written scope fixes the document types, fields and systems before you order.
The system extracts hearing dates, matter references and parties from incoming notices with a confidence score. Doubtful dates go to a reviewer before reaching your matter management system.
Intake forms are one of up to three document types set up with legal field sets. Client names, parties and matter details are extracted and checked against your validation rules.
Letters and emails are read for matter references and party names. Clear matches flow through, and uncertain ones wait for a paralegal to confirm. The system gives no legal advice.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,200 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,000 |
Before you start: Time how long a notice and an intake form take to key today. Note any date or reference corrections made to matter records last quarter.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is one fixed price. Running costs are roughly $30 to $200 a month in your own accounts for OCR and AI usage plus storage, scaling with the pages that pass through. A team handling long bundles of correspondence sits higher in the range than one processing short notices.
AI usage during build and testing is billed to your own accounts, so client material never passes through an account of ours.
Ask about running costsA fourth document type, more than 25 fields per type, a second intake route, or calculating deadlines from rules rather than reading them from the page is outside the Scope Card. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours each month, enough for a new notice format, an extra field or a revised review rule. It starts after the 30 days of support.

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

| Price | Legal document software usually bills per user, per month | A legal technology consultancy quotes after discovery | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Deadlines | Dates extracted and posted, sometimes unchecked | Depends on what was agreed | Ours can send every date to a person before it is relied on |

| Delivery | Licenses are quick, configuration is not | Usually several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
No. It reads dates that appear in the document, such as a stated response deadline or hearing date, and records them for review. Calculating a deadline from procedural rules is legal judgment and stays with your lawyers. If you want rule-based date calculations built, that would be scoped separately through a Change Quote.
Not if you set the always-review rule, which we recommend for every date field. Each date then waits in the review queue next to the source page until a paralegal or lawyer confirms it. Other fields, such as party names, can go straight through when confidence is high and rules pass.
Up to three document types you choose, for example matter intake forms, court or tribunal notices and incoming correspondence. Each type can carry up to 25 fields. For contracts, where you need obligations and renewal terms across a whole library, AI Contract Intelligence, $4,900, is the closer fit.
Documents move only between the intake route and the destination system you connect, both in your own accounts. Samples can be redacted before we see them, and fields you do not need can be left off. The Audit Logging Add-on, $1,500, records every access and action if your firm wants that trail as well.
The panel on this page shows delivery time for each speed, counted from the day intake is complete and access to your matter system is verified. Send 20 samples per document type, such as notices and intake forms, plus the field list within 72 hours of ordering. Each day they arrive late moves the go-live date by 3 working days.
Roughly $30 to $200 a month in your own accounts for OCR and AI usage plus storage, depending on page volume. There is no per-matter or per-user fee from us. Monthly maintenance is optional and covers new notice formats and rule changes.
