AI products that work with Notion

AI Slack Bot for Notion suits teams who live in Slack and want to ask questions or run Notion actions without switching apps. It keeps the conversation where people already work, while Notion stays the place where the content is stored and maintained.
Questions buyers ask
Can the AI see our whole Notion workspace?
Only what you share. Each Notion product works with the pages and databases shared with its integration, and Internal Search also respects existing permissions. Sharing is controlled in your Notion settings, so you can widen or narrow access yourself without asking us to make a change.
What can the Slack bot do in Notion?
AI Slack Bot for Notion answers questions and runs actions for your team from Slack, and it reads and updates pages and databases shared with the integration. The specific actions, such as adding items to a database, are agreed in the Scope Card before the build begins.
Is Notion the only source the knowledge hub can use?
AI Company Knowledge Hub is designed to unify documents, wikis and drives into one cited assistant. The Notion edition connects natively to Notion. If you also need other sources, there are editions for Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack, and the Scope Card lists what is included.
How the connection is set up
The general pattern we follow for every integration.
- 1You create the necessary access in your Notion account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Notion supports.
- 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
- 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
- 4You can revoke access from Notion or the portal at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Which Notion plan do I need?
It depends on the product. Each product page lists the Notion features it relies on; plan upgrades are not included.
Will it change my existing data?
Only the fields in the mapping agreed with you, and that mapping is tested on sample records before anything goes live.
Can I use a different platform instead?
Many products also have editions for other platforms. See the full integrations list for what is currently published.
