Notion pages and database entries come back ranked with a quoted snippet, so people open the right page first.
Notion makes writing easy, so pages and databases multiply until nobody can find the one they need. This search bar returns ranked Notion pages and database entries with a quoted snippet from each, so people open the right page first. It only sees what you share with the integration, can search one more source such as Google Drive alongside, and keeps your content where it lives.

AI Internal Search for Notion turns your Notion workspace into one ranked search, returning pages and database entries with a cited snippet each. A Notion internal integration token limits it to the pages and databases you share with it, and one more system, such as Google Drive, can be searched alongside. Results respect your permission groups.
When a Notion workspace outgrows its own search, people waste time clicking through near-identical pages, and database entries such as specs or decisions become hard to find. Some give up and ask in chat, which interrupts the people who wrote the page in the first place. This edition ranks results across your shared pages and databases with a quoted snippet, so the right page comes first. The Scope Card fixes the shared content, the extra source, permission groups and benchmark queries before you order, so you know exactly what becomes searchable.
Search returns ranked pages and database entries, each with a cited snippet. People see the relevant passage before clicking, even in deeply nested page trees.
Database entries are indexed alongside pages, so a row in a tracker or wiki database can surface as a result. The field mapping records which databases are included.
A Notion internal integration token limits search to the pages and databases you share with it. Anything you don't share stays out, and permission groups apply on top.
One more system, such as Google Drive, can be searched alongside Notion. Results from both appear in a single ranked list with citations, so nobody has to check two places.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Decide which teamspaces and databases you will share with the integration. Time how long common lookups take with Notion's search today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Running costs of roughly $50 to $300 a month, for AI model usage, the vector database and hosting, are billed to your own accounts and grow with indexed pages and search volume. Your Notion plan is billed by Notion as before.
Build and testing usage also goes to your accounts.
Ask about running costsGoing past 2,000 documents or 50 users, adding a second interface or mapping custom Notion objects needs a Change Quote. A checkout note gets you one in writing.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance is recommended: monitoring, fixes and monthly change hours, enough to bring a new teamspace into search or rework permission groups after a reorganization. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$495/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 4 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

By sharing. Only pages and databases you share with the internal integration can be indexed, and pages nested under a shared page come with it. Anything you do not share stays invisible to search. To remove an area later, un-share it in Notion and it drops out at the next refresh.
Yes. Each entry in a shared database is indexed as its own document, with the properties agreed in the field mapping. Entries count toward the 2,000-document limit, so a very large database is worth discussing on the mapping call before indexing starts.
Yes, one of them. The Scope Card allows up to one more system alongside Notion, so results from both appear in the same ranked list. A third source would need a Change Quote, or a maintenance change if it replaces the second one.
The monthly content refresh picks up the new title and location, so results reflect where the page now sits. Between refreshes a moved page may still show its old title in results. If your workspace changes daily, more frequent refreshes can be priced as a Change Quote.
Delivery runs on a fixed schedule from a complete intake, and the delivery panel shows that date plus express and rush options, each priced, before you order. The clock starts once the integration token works, the right pages are shared with it and your 30 sample queries are in.
Roughly $50 to $300 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage, the vector database and hosting, rising with the pages indexed and the number of searches. Your Notion subscription is separate and unchanged, since licenses and upgrades are outside this build.
