AI Knowledge Base Builder
Turns scattered documents into a structured, maintained knowledge base.
Your Notion wiki answers questions with a cited page, reaching only the pages and databases you share with the integration.
Notion makes it easy to write things down, and then the workspace grows until search stops finding the right page. This hub connects natively to Notion and answers questions from the pages and databases you share with it, citing the page behind every answer. Staff can ask from a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams. You decide what it sees by sharing pages, and nothing else.

AI Company Knowledge Hub for Notion is a cited Q&A assistant connected natively to Notion, reading and updating the pages and databases shared with its integration. Staff ask in a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams and get an answer that cites the Notion page behind it. You choose exactly which pages it can see.
A large Notion workspace often holds the right answer three times, in three slightly different pages, and people give up and ask in chat. That costs focus and spreads outdated guidance. This hub answers with the current page cited, so your handbook and process docs finally do their job and fewer questions land on the people who wrote them. Because the Scope Card fixes the shared pages, one extra system, document volume and testing before you order, you control exactly what goes in and what the build includes.
The hub reads the Notion pages and databases shared with its integration and answers in plain language. Each answer cites the Notion page behind it, so staff can jump straight there.
People ask in a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams and get a cited answer from Notion. The hub can also update shared databases, within the agreed field mapping.
You choose exactly which pages the hub can see by sharing them with its integration. Up to three permission groups add further control, and access uses keys you control.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Running costs, roughly $50 to $300 a month for AI model usage, the vector database and hosting, are billed to your own accounts. Your Notion plan is unchanged; licenses and upgrades are outside this build.
AI usage during build and testing also lands in your accounts.
Ask about running costsIf you need custom Notion objects beyond the agreed mapping, a further system, or more than 2,000 documents, add a note at checkout. A written Change Quote follows, and that work starts once you accept it. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance for this edition covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly hours for changes, such as sharing a new teamspace with the integration or adjusting database mappings. It starts after the 30 days of support.
$570/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 5 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A built-in workspace AI bills per member every month | A freelancer quotes by the hour for a Notion connection | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| What it sees | Access follows each member's own workspace rights | Depends on the build | Ours reaches only pages shared with the integration |
| Other sources | Limited to the one workspace | Depends on what was scoped | Ours adds up to 1 more system, cited the same way |
| Delivery | On in minutes, untested on your content | Usually several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Only the pages and databases shared with its integration. Your Notion admin shares them during setup, and the field mapping records what is in scope. A page that is not shared stays invisible to the hub, so a private teamspace remains private unless you decide to share it.
Only within the agreed field mapping. The Notion connection is two-way, but any update is limited to the pages and properties documented and approved at intake. Answering questions with a cited Notion page is its main job, and the mapping you receive at handoff lists exactly what it may change.
The monthly content refresh re-indexes shared pages and databases, so edits and new pages enter the hub on that schedule. Every answer cites the page it used, so staff can open the live page if they suspect a recent change. A more frequent refresh can be quoted as a Change Quote.
Yes, up to 1 more system is included next to Notion, such as Google Drive or a CRM, indexed and cited the same way as your Notion pages. A third source comes through the Knowledge Base Expansion add-on, or through a Change Quote agreed before the work starts.
A Notion internal integration token created by a workspace admin, plus that admin for a 30-minute setup call. The token is handled through the intake process and never shared by email. Pages are then shared with the integration as agreed on the call, and the field mapping records the result.
Delivery follows a fixed schedule from a verified intake, and the delivery panel shows the date plus express and rush options before you order. The clock starts once the internal integration token, the setup call and your sample questions are in place, all due within 72 hours of ordering.
Roughly $50 to $300 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage, the vector database and hosting. Your Notion subscription is separate and unchanged. Monthly maintenance is optional, for changes such as sharing new pages with the integration after launch.
