AI products that work with Google Workspace

What do the Google Workspace editions do?
They fall into two groups. Knowledge products help people find answers. That covers the AI Knowledge Agent, the AI Company Knowledge Hub and AI Internal Search. Work products help people get things done. That covers AI Employee Onboarding for new-hire checklists and first-week guidance, the AI Meeting Agent for notes and action items, and the AI Slack Bot that answers questions and runs actions for your team.

- Meeting notes, decisions and action items
- A Slack bot connected to your Workspace data
How do they work with Google Workspace?
Each edition works within approved scopes, so it only reaches the data you agree to. The knowledge agents read and cite Drive files, Docs and shared drives. AI Internal Search indexes Drive files, Docs, Sheets and shared drives and respects existing sharing permissions. Onboarding, meeting and Slack editions can also read and update Gmail and Calendar data.
Which one should you pick?
If staff keep asking the same questions, the AI Knowledge Agent or AI Company Knowledge Hub gives them cited answers. If people cannot find files, AI Internal Search is the better fit. Growing teams often pick AI Employee Onboarding, and busy leadership teams like the AI Meeting Agent.
Questions buyers ask
Can staff see files they should not?
Each edition works within approved scopes that you agree upfront. AI Internal Search also respects existing sharing permissions, so people only find what they could already open. The Scope Card lists the access each product needs, which makes it easy to review with whoever looks after your Workspace.
What is the difference between the Knowledge Agent and the Knowledge Hub?
Both answer questions with citations. The AI Knowledge Agent answers staff questions from your documents. The AI Company Knowledge Hub unifies company documents, wikis and drives into one Q&A assistant. If your knowledge is spread across several places, the Hub is usually the better fit.
Does the Slack bot need Google Workspace?
This edition of the AI Slack Bot is connected natively to Google Workspace, so it can answer questions and run actions using your Drive, Docs, Gmail and Calendar data within approved scopes. If you want a Slack bot connected to other tools, check the core product's Scope Card.
How the connection is set up
The general pattern we follow for every integration.
- 1You create the necessary access in your Google Workspace account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Google Workspace supports.
- 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
- 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
- 4You can revoke access from Google Workspace or the portal at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Which Google Workspace plan do I need?
It depends on the product. Each product page lists the Google Workspace features it relies on; plan upgrades are not included.
Will it change my existing data?
Only the fields in the mapping agreed with you, and that mapping is tested on sample records before anything goes live.
Can I use a different platform instead?
Many products also have editions for other platforms. See the full integrations list for what is currently published.
