AI Client Reporting
Assembles client reports from project and performance data.
Your ClickUp task statuses translated into a clear client update for each list, checked by a person before it is sent.
ClickUp statuses make sense to your team, not to your clients. This edition reads the tasks in each client's list, translates your custom statuses into plain language and drafts a status update. The engagement owner approves it before it is sent, and a ClickUp comment records what went out. Clients get a clear picture of progress without ever seeing your workspace.

AI Project Status Agent for ClickUp reads the tasks in each client's ClickUp list, translates your internal statuses into words a client understands, and drafts a status update in one AI step. The engagement owner approves it before it is sent, and a ClickUp comment records it.
Teams that run client work in ClickUp often build their own status language, and that language leaks into client emails as confusing jargon. Writing a clean update for every client list each week takes hours that rarely get billed. This edition does the translation and the first draft, using labels you agree once, so every client gets the same clear picture of progress. A person still approves each message. The Scope Card sets the mapping, the status labels and the approval step before you buy, so you know exactly what you get.
The agent translates your internal ClickUp statuses into words a client understands. The documented field mapping sets how each status is described, so wording stays consistent.
The agent reads the tasks in each client's ClickUp list and drafts a status update in one AI step. The engagement owner approves it before it is sent.
A ClickUp comment records each update once it is sent, through the two-way connection. The update history sits with the work it describes. No more digging through inboxes.
Access is set up through user invites or keys you control, and no keys are sent by email. The connection is tested on sandbox or test records before going live.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Record how long client updates take to write and how often clients ask what a status means.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Build price: $3,900, once. Running it takes roughly $20 to $100 a month for the automation platform and AI model usage, in your own accounts, depending on how many client lists you cover. ClickUp licenses and upgrades are not included.
You also pay directly for AI usage during build and testing.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A client portal for ClickUp adds a monthly per-seat fee | A project coordinator is an ongoing salary | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Status wording | Shows your internal statuses as they are | Depends on the coordinator | Ours maps each custom status to client-friendly words |
| Approval | Shared views update without review | The coordinator decides | Ours sends only after the engagement owner approves |
| Delivery | Quick to share, slow to tidy | Hiring takes weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
During setup we list every custom status in your client lists and agree a plain-language label for each one, so an internal QA stage might read to the client as being reviewed by your team. The drafting step uses only those labels, so clients never see an internal code. Changing a label later is a small change within maintenance hours.
Tasks, lists and comments. The workflow reads task statuses, due dates and recent comments in each client's list, and writes one comment back noting the update that was sent. The mapping your ClickUp admin approves sets the exact fields, and custom ClickUp objects beyond it are not included.
Only after a person approves them. The workflow has no customer-facing channel; it drafts the update and routes it to the engagement owner. Once approved, it is sent through the one extra connection you choose, such as your mailbox, and the send is logged in ClickUp.
The price and delivery panel on this page lists the one-time price for every delivery speed, the faster ones included, and each option covers the same Scope Card. Intake, including the ClickUp token and your agreed status labels, is due within 72 hours of ordering, and the clock starts once it is verified.
With 20 test runs on your sample client lists or test data. You read every draft, check that statuses were labeled as agreed and that comments landed in the right list, then request changes over two rounds. Only after that does it run on live client work.
Roughly $20 to $100 a month in your own accounts, for the automation platform and AI model usage. The figure grows with the number of client lists and how often updates run. ClickUp stays on your current plan, and monthly maintenance is optional.
