AI Lead Qualification Agent
Qualifies inbound leads with a short conversation and scores them against your criteria.
Sponsor enquiries, unfinished registrations and post-event contacts get a follow-up that remembers what each person asked.
Sponsors ask for the prospectus and go silent. Registrants stop halfway through checkout. Group bookers promise to confirm next week. This edition follows up with each of them using what they actually asked about, from your event platform or CRM, and keeps going after the event to rebook for the next edition. Your sales team keeps control of tone and timing.

AI Follow-Up Engine for Events follows up with attendees, sponsors and exhibitors who went quiet, whether they stopped mid-registration, asked about a sponsorship package or met your team at the event. It reads their history from your event platform or CRM. Every follow-up is logged against the contact.
Event revenue runs on deadlines. A sponsor who drifts for two weeks can miss the print date, and an abandoned registration rarely comes back on its own. In the busiest weeks before an event, nobody has time to chase every quiet contact properly. This edition does that work every day, in your voice, so fewer deals and registrations slip away. The written scope covers the channel, systems and Events workflows before you order, so you can plan around your event calendar.
The engine reads each sponsor's history in your CRM or event platform. It follows up about the package they asked about, using deal-stage rules that match your sponsorship sales cycle.
Stalled registrations are picked up from your event platform. A short, relevant reminder goes out on your chosen channel, and the touch is logged against the contact for your team.
Contacts from the show floor can move into an Events sequence straight afterwards. Follow-ups refer to what was noted about them, while the meeting is fresh, and wait for your approval rules.
Every follow-up is logged on the contact record. Your sales team can see who has been chased and what was said, so outreach does not overlap or stall.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|

| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,750 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,600 |
Before you start: Note last event's sponsor enquiries, signed packages and abandoned registrations. Record how many post-event leads got a follow-up, and how quickly.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay once for the build. Running costs are roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting in your own accounts, plus your event platform and CRM plans. Usage climbs in the weeks around an event, when more registrations and sponsor threads are reviewed each day, and drops between events.
AI usage during build and testing is billed to your accounts too.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | An event marketing tool bills per event or per month | An events agency adds follow-up to its retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Sponsor follow-up | Sponsor deals often sit outside the registration tool | Depends on the account manager | Ours follows up sponsors and exhibitors from your own CRM history |
| Post-event | One bulk thank-you email to everyone | Often a separately scoped campaign | Ours writes post-event follow-ups per contact, inside your rules |
| Delivery | Fast to switch on, but every message is yours to write | Usually weeks ahead of the event, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Yes. Sponsor enquiries are one of the workflows in the Events template. When a sponsor or exhibitor passes your silence threshold, the engine drafts a follow-up that refers to the package or question they raised, and anything involving price or custom terms waits for your sponsorship lead to approve.
Yes. An event platform such as Eventbrite or Cvent can be one of the two connected systems with read and write access. The second can be the CRM where sponsor deals are tracked, such as HubSpot. If you need both plus a separate messaging tool, the third system is quoted separately.
It runs on rules, so volume does not delay it. Every unfinished registration or quiet sponsor that crosses its threshold is reviewed each day, however busy the team is. Running costs rise during those weeks because more threads are reviewed, within roughly $50 to $250 a month in your own accounts.
Yes. Post-event follow-up is part of the Events template. You decide who receives one, whether attendees, exhibitors or sponsor prospects, how soon after the event it goes, and whether each message needs approval. Every follow-up is written from that contact's own record, not a single bulk email.
The fixed price and standard delivery time are both shown next to this page, with express and rush delivery if an event date is close. Order early if you can: intake is due within 72 hours of ordering, and each late day moves delivery by 3 working days. The price covers everything on the Scope Card, with no per-message fees.
Yes. The rules and template stay in place, so a new event mostly means loading a new agenda, sponsor packages and dates. That fits inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A different event format that needs new workflows is scoped through a Change Quote first.
