AI Seller Assistant

One seller kept informed on listing prep, pricing conversations, activity and offer review, start to finish.

Sellers want to know what is happening with their home, and a quiet week makes them nervous. This assistant works with one seller across the listing period. It walks through listing prep, explains how pricing conversations work, summarizes viewing and portal activity and feedback, and talks through offers as they arrive. It never advises on the buyer's side, and pricing calls stay with your agent.

  • Viewing, portal activity and feedback summarized for the seller
  • Listing prep and offer steps explained in plain language
  • Pricing advice and negotiation left with your listing agent

What it is

AI Seller Assistant works with one seller across the whole listing period: walking through listing prep, explaining pricing conversations, sharing viewing and portal activity, and talking through offers as they come in. It never advises on the buyer's side of a deal.

Why businesses buy it

Anxious sellers are hard to keep. When updates are irregular, sellers assume nothing is happening and start talking to other agencies. This assistant keeps them informed with regular, accurate updates drawn from your own systems, and answers their process questions in your agency's voice. Your listing agents spend less time on reassurance calls and more on finding the buyer. The Scope Card fixes the channel, connected systems and workflows in writing before you order, so you know exactly what sellers hear and what stays with your agent.

Problems this solves

Sellers ring every week asking how many viewings they have had

The seller assistant shares viewing and portal activity with each seller through one channel. Sellers see how their listing is doing without waiting for the weekly call.

Sellers feel unprepared for listing photos and viewings

The assistant walks sellers through listing prep using your own guides and checklists, from up to a hundred documents. That helps homes be ready when the photographer arrives.

Pricing talks go badly when sellers do not follow the reasoning

The assistant explains the pricing conversation in plain terms, based on your approved material. Sellers come to discussions better informed, while your team still leads the decision.

Sellers get anxious when offers arrive and nobody explains them

As offers come in, the assistant talks them through with the seller, inside up to six workflows with your approval rules. It never advises on the buyer's side.

A good fit if

You work with sellers over weeks or months and want their questions answered between updates, not just during scheduled calls.
Sellers often ask the same things, why no offers yet, what feedback viewers gave, whether to adjust price, and want a fast answer.
You want activity, viewings booked, portal views, feedback, summarized for a seller automatically instead of chased and typed up by hand.
You keep seller conversations and listing history in a CRM you already use, and want this build to read and write to it.

Not the right fit if

Your client is a buyer, not a seller. See AI Buyer Assistant, built for the buyer side of a deal.
You need general process support across both buyers and sellers, not one seller's own journey. See AI Real Estate Support.
You need the listing description itself written, not seller updates. See AI Listing Generator.
You need more than six workflows or more than two systems with write access, for example a separate assistant per office. Add a note at checkout for a Change Quote, or start from our Custom AI enquiry form.

How it works

  1. A seller's listing, its pricing history and current stage, is loaded from your CRM as the starting point for every conversation.
  2. Listing prep questions, what to fix before photos, what documents are needed, are answered from your approved process notes.
  3. Viewing and portal activity, bookings, views, feedback left after a showing, is summarized for the seller without your team typing it up.
  4. Pricing conversations, why a price adjustment is being suggested, how the property compares to recent sales, are explained in plain terms.
  5. When an offer comes in, the usual next steps, what to expect during review and negotiation, are talked through without advising on terms.
  6. Anything needing a real decision, accepting, rejecting or countering an offer, is handed to the seller's own agent.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Admin or API access to your CRM and any other connected system, sandbox or test records if you have them.
  • Your policies and process notes for listing prep, pricing conversations and offer review.
  • Ten real sample conversations or emails, so we can test against situations you actually see.
  • The name of the approver for questions that fall outside your written policies.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake, reused if you have already completed it.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • One person on your side who can approve decisions during the build.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

  • Up to six seller-journey workflows covering prep, pricing, activity updates and offers
  • Your seller guides and process notes loaded from up to a hundred documents

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Sellers can stay informed without chasing their agent.
  • Helps your team spend less time on routine update calls.
  • Can lead to calmer, better-informed offer conversations.
Seller update calls
Count inbound seller calls asking for updates, from your phone system, before and after launch.
Seller satisfaction
Compare post-sale survey or review scores from sellers, quarter on quarter.
Listing to accepted offer
Track the time from listing to accepted offer in your CRM and compare with past listings.

Before you start: Count weekly seller update calls and note what sellers ask about. Record recent seller review scores.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Ongoing running costs are paid directly in your own accounts afterwards, typically $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever CRM or helpdesk plan you already run.

AI usage during the build and testing follows the same pattern, billed straight to your accounts, so you keep every provider relationship in your own name. Nothing passes through us.

Custom requirements

If you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

For AI Seller Assistant, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and change hours each month, enough for updated policies or a refreshed pricing explanation. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.

$295/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

How much does the AI Seller Assistant build cost?

AI Seller Assistant is one fixed build price, paid once, and the price and delivery panel on this page lists it for each delivery speed. That covers connecting your CRM and messaging channel, building your seller-journey policies into the workflow, running 50 documented test scenarios and a recorded handoff session at the end. No per-conversation charge applies afterward.

When does AI Seller Assistant actually go live?

Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the price and delivery panel on this page, counted from when intake is complete and access is verified. If you need it sooner, the express and rush options are listed there too. Sending your seller-journey policies and a few sample seller conversations early is the easiest way to protect the date.

What does AI Seller Assistant need from us?

We need your policies and process notes for listing prep, pricing conversations and offer review, plus ten real sample seller conversations or emails to test against. Admin access to your CRM and any connected system is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and one person on your side approves the policies before launch.

Roughly what will AI Seller Assistant cost to keep running?

Outside the build price, running costs land directly in your own provider accounts, usually falling between $50 and $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, layered on top of whatever CRM or helpdesk subscription you already carry. Listings with heavier activity push that estimate toward the top end. Monthly maintenance is optional if you want it.

Later on, can the policies behind AI Seller Assistant be revised?

Yes, and two revision rounds are already built into the price, so most policy or pricing-language tweaks happen before you ever go live, guided by what the test scenarios turn up. Past that point, minor edits draw on the monthly change hours that come with maintenance, while something bigger, a dedicated flow for new-build sellers, gets quoted separately as an add-on.

Does AI Seller Assistant recommend a listing price?

No. It explains the reasoning behind a suggested price adjustment and shares comparable activity in plain terms, from your approved information, but the pricing decision and any negotiation stay with the seller's own agent. It does not give financial or legal advice, and it does not accept, reject or counter an offer on anyone's behalf.

How is AI Seller Assistant different from AI Buyer Assistant?

AI Seller Assistant works only with sellers: listing prep, pricing conversations, activity updates and offer review support. AI Buyer Assistant is the mirror build for buyers, covering search refinement, viewing questions and financing next steps. They share the same scope and price but never the same client conversation.

Once AI Seller Assistant launches, who keeps the conversation records?

You keep them. Nothing about a conversation, an activity summary or a pricing note leaves your own CRM or your own account, during the build or after it. Our role is to configure and test the summary and answer logic, deliver an admin guide plus a recorded walkthrough, then hand things back to you at launch aside from 30 days of support included afterward.

Stop chasing activity updates for every seller.

Order AI Seller Assistant and it starts keeping one seller informed on activity, pricing and offers on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
