AI Landing Page Personalization
Adapts landing pages to ad source, industry or account.
The content shown, the layout emphasis and the calls to action adapt per visitor segment, across your whole site.
Most websites show the same page to a first-time visitor, a loyal customer and someone halfway through a decision. This build adapts content, layout emphasis and calls to action across your whole site by visitor segment and behavior. Your team can read and edit every rule, visitors without data see your normal site, and an A/B test shows what changed.

AI Website Personalization changes what a visitor sees across your entire site based on their segment and behavior: which content leads, which layout blocks get emphasis, and which call to action appears. Rules stay visible and editable by your team, and anyone without matching data still gets your default experience.
A one-size site wastes traffic you already paid for. Returning customers wade past introductions, and new visitors see offers meant for someone else. This build uses the data you already hold to show each segment what matters to it, across the whole site. Because rules are visible and fallbacks are built in, nothing breaks when data is missing. The Scope Card fixes the channel, the connected systems and the workflows before you order, so the project has a clear edge and no open-ended consulting.
The system changes what leads on each page based on a visitor's segment and behavior. Content order, layout emphasis and the call to action shift to suit who is browsing.
Visitors your systems recognize can see content that fits where they are, rather than the first-visit pitch. Anyone without matching data still gets your default experience.
Rules stay visible and editable by your team, with up to six workflows under your approval rules. You can see why a visitor saw something and change it.
The call to action changes by segment, so a first-time visitor and a ready buyer see different next steps. Your default remains in place for everyone else.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,800 |

Before you start: Record conversion, engagement and key CTA clicks by segment for at least four weeks before launch. Decide which segments matter most to you.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running this after launch costs roughly $50 to $250 a month, covering AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever you already pay for Segment, HubSpot or your CMS. Cost tracks how much traffic gets personalized, not the number of segments you define.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so nothing routes through us.
Ask about running costsNeed personalization the Scope Card does not cover? Note it at checkout and a written Change Quote follows. That extra work waits for your yes, while your original order keeps its own delivery date. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A personalization platform charges by monthly visitor volume | An agency quotes a personalization project after discovery | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A personalization platform covers the whole site but you configure every rule | An agency scope is agreed project by project | Ours is written on the Scope Card, rules built for you |
| Delivery | A personalization platform needs weeks of in-house setup | An agency project usually runs several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Rule visibility | A personalization platform can hide logic in a black-box model | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours keeps rules visible and editable by your team |
| Measuring impact | A personalization platform often sells A/B testing as an add-on | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours includes A/B test setup in the price |
One fixed price covers site-wide personalization across up to two connected systems and up to six workflows, plus 50 documented test scenarios run against your real segments before launch. The panel on this page shows that price for each delivery speed, including faster options if your launch date cannot move, so you know the cost before you buy.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the panel on this page. It counts from the day your intake is complete and data access is verified. Most of the calendar time goes on gathering segment definitions and access to tools such as Segment, HubSpot or GA4, so having those ready keeps things moving.
It needs a real source of visitor or customer data, such as Segment, HubSpot or Google Analytics 4, along with the segments and offers you want reflected. Sample records from that source are used to build and test the rules, so the build starts from your actual data rather than assumptions.
They see your default site experience exactly as it exists today, never a blank, broken or half-personalized page. Fallback to default content is a built-in part of the build, not an edge case left for you to catch, so missing data never becomes a visible problem for a visitor.
Expect roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of whatever you already pay for your CMS or data tools like Segment or HubSpot. That cost tracks how much traffic actually gets personalized, not how many segments or rules you have defined.
Yes, within the build the 2 rounds of revisions cover refining segments as you see real traffic against them. After launch, adding a new segment or adjusting an existing one as your business changes is exactly the kind of work monthly maintenance is built to handle. A brand-new customer segment your business did not have before is the kind of larger change a Change Quote covers instead.
You do. Every segment definition, content rule and workflow built for your site belongs to you once delivered, the same as work from an in-house team would. We do not reuse your visitor data, your segment logic or your rule set for any other customer's site. That includes the right to export the rule set or move it to another provider at any point, with no ongoing license fee attached.
You have five working days after delivery to flag anything that does not match the Scope Card, and that gets fixed as part of the original build price, not a paid Change Quote. Past that window, further tuning of segments or rules runs through monthly maintenance instead. Most fixes at that stage are narrow adjustments to a single segment or rule, not a rebuild of the whole personalization setup.
