Maps every account to a territory and shows the whitespace no rep is covering yet.
When reps are assigned by account list, nobody can say which regions or segments are being ignored. This build maps every account in your CRM to a territory, shows the whitespace with no owner and no coverage, and ranks it by opportunity size. It also flags load imbalance between reps, so you can rebalance before the next planning review instead of once a year.

AI Territory Intelligence maps every account in your CRM to a territory, then shows the regions, verticals or segments with no owner and no coverage. It flags load imbalance between reps and ranks whitespace by opportunity size. Unassigned accounts trigger an alert, so new accounts never sit without an owner.
Uncovered territory is revenue nobody is asking for. Meanwhile, some reps drown in accounts while others run out of work, and the imbalance only shows up when targets are missed. Building a territory map by hand takes days and is out of date almost immediately. This build keeps the map current from your CRM, ranks the gaps worth chasing and alerts you to unassigned accounts. Sales leaders plan coverage with facts. The territory rules, fields and report format are written into the scope before you order.
Every account is mapped to a territory, and any unassigned account triggers an alert. Managers can give new accounts an owner promptly instead of finding them months later.
The system flags load imbalance between reps, based on the accounts and pipeline in each territory. Managers see who carries too much before it turns into missed follow-ups.
Regions, verticals or segments with no owner appear on one dashboard or recurring report. Whitespace is ranked by opportunity size, so you know which gap to fill first.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,500 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,100 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $4,750 |
Before you start: Export a list of accounts with no owner and a pipeline-by-owner report. Note how long new accounts usually wait for an owner.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running the dashboard costs roughly $20 to $150 a month, covering AI model usage and the hosting or scheduler that refreshes your reports.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsAdd a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.
Request a custom versionAfter launch, monthly maintenance keeps territories current as your team changes. It covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report, and change hours for work like a redrawn territory each quarter. It starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A BI tool charges a per-seat monthly fee before you build anything | A data agency quotes after a discovery phase | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Scope | A BI tool leaves you to define every metric yourself | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A BI tool is fast to log into but slow to configure well | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Coverage gaps | A BI tool shows raw numbers, not ranked whitespace | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours ranks whitespace by opportunity size automatically |
| Data sources | A BI tool often needs a separate paid connector for each system | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours reads up to three of your systems as part of the price |
Up to three read-only data sources, such as your CRM, calendar and a spreadsheet of named accounts. Each connection is read-only, so nothing in your CRM changes because of the mapping process. If you need a fourth source, add a note at checkout and we quote it as a Change Quote before work starts.
Yes. Boundaries can combine region, vertical, account size or any mix you define during intake, and you can adjust the definition once inside the two included revision rounds. The map is only as good as the boundaries you set, so we agree them with you before the build starts, not after delivery.
They surface first. Unassigned or stale accounts are ranked by pipeline value so your sales lead can assign them, rather than sitting unnoticed in a shared list. This is one of the up to five alerts you configure inside the standard scope, delivered to the channel you chose.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month, covering AI model usage and the hosting or scheduler that refreshes your dashboard or report. You pay that directly in your own accounts. Monthly maintenance is optional if you want ongoing changes handled for you.
The build runs on a fixed schedule that starts once your CRM access and historical data are confirmed. The exact date is shown on this page before you buy, along with express and rush options if you need it sooner. Your CRM access, territory rules and account history are due within 72 hours of ordering, and each day late moves delivery by 3 working days.
Yes, within the two rounds of changes included in the build, and afterwards through monthly maintenance. Redrawing boundaries for a new fiscal year or a reorg is exactly the kind of change the monthly change hours are built for. Maintenance also covers monitoring, fixes and a monthly health report, and can be cancelled any month.
Yes. The workflow, prompt configuration, territory boundaries and every connection are yours once delivered, running entirely inside your own accounts and your own CRM. We do not keep a copy of your data or retain access after the handoff session, beyond what ongoing maintenance requires if you choose it.
Minor gaps are noted in the test report rather than silently guessed at. If duplicate or badly structured data would undermine the whole map, we tell you before the build starts, and AI Revenue Operations Assistant is built specifically to clean that up first.
Order AI Territory Intelligence and get a ranked whitespace map built from your own CRM data, on a delivery date you see before you pay.
