Lead Generation

AI Sales Agent for Salesforce

Salesforce leads qualified and nurtured in conversation, with sales-ready ones turned into opportunities and tasks for their owners.

Leads pile up in Salesforce queues while your reps chase the opportunities already in play. This sales agent works that queue for you. It talks with each lead, checks the account and history first, qualifies against your playbook, keeps the not-ready ones in nurture, and turns the sales-ready ones into opportunities with a task for their owner. Your admin keeps control of every field it touches.

  • Unworked Salesforce leads get a qualifying conversation, not a long wait
  • Returning contacts are read against their account before any reply
  • Sales-ready leads become opportunities with a task for the owner

What it is

AI Sales Agent for Salesforce qualifies and nurtures your leads through conversation, then turns sales-ready ones into opportunities with a task for the owner. It works from Salesforce leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks and activity history, reading stage, owner and history before it acts. Your admin approves the field mapping, and every touch is logged to activity history.

Why businesses buy it

In most Salesforce orgs, the lead queue is where revenue quietly leaks. Reps focus on open opportunities, so new leads wait, and returning contacts at existing accounts get a generic reply. This agent closes that gap. It reads leads, contacts, accounts and activity history before it speaks, qualifies in conversation, and creates opportunities your reps can act on immediately. Because the field mapping, channel and rules are agreed in writing before you order, your admin knows exactly what will change in the org and what will not.

Problems this solves

Sales-ready leads are not converted to opportunities in time

Once a lead qualifies in conversation, the agent turns it into an opportunity with a task for the owner. Nothing waits for a rep to notice and convert it manually.

Reps receive new opportunities with no task or context

The agent reads stage, owner and history in Salesforce before acting. Every touch is logged to activity history, so the owner sees the full conversation with the task.

Admins need sign-off on what a new tool writes

Your admin approves the field mapping before launch. Access runs through user invites or keys you control, and testing is done on sandbox or test records.

A good fit if

Salesforce is your system of record, and reps spend their day in the opportunity pipeline.
Leads sit unworked in queues because reps chase open opportunities first.
Contacts at existing accounts come back with new interest, and you want that read against the account before anyone replies.
Your Salesforce admin can set up a connected app with an API-enabled user and join a 30-minute call.

Not the right fit if

You only need inbound leads scored and written back, with no nurture or opportunity creation. See AI Lead Qualification Agent for Salesforce.
Open opportunities go quiet after the first meeting. See AI Follow-Up Engine for Salesforce.
You want stage hygiene and funnel reporting across the whole org. See AI Revenue Operations Assistant.
Your CRM is Microsoft Dynamics 365. See AI Sales Agent for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

How it works

  1. Your Salesforce admin sets up a connected app with an API-enabled user on a 30-minute call, and the mapping across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks and activity history is documented.
  2. Each conversation starts with a lookup. A known contact is read against its account and open opportunities; a new person is handled as a lead under your assignment rules.
  3. Qualification follows your playbook on the chosen channel, and answers are written to the mapped lead or contact fields as they come in.
  4. Leads not yet ready stay in nurture. Every exchange is recorded in activity history, so the whole thread is visible on the record.
  5. When a lead meets your sales-ready bar, an opportunity is created or updated on the right account, at the stage you choose, with a task for its owner.
  6. Commitments outside your approval rules, such as pricing exceptions, are held for the approver rather than sent.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • A Salesforce connected app with an API-enabled user, and an admin for a 30-minute setup call.
  • Your qualification criteria, ideal customer profile and the point at which a lead becomes an opportunity.
  • The opportunity stage and owner rules that handed-off deals should follow.
  • A sandbox or test records, if you have them, for the test scenarios.
  • Your playbook or sample emails, ten real conversations, and the approver for exceptions.
  • Your business information and one decision-maker.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps reps start with context instead of a blank record.
Lead-to-opportunity conversion time
Use Salesforce lead conversion dates to compare the average gap before and after launch.
New opportunities with an open task
Run a Salesforce report on new opportunities with an owner task, for matching months.
Opportunities created from inbound leads
Compare inbound-sourced opportunities in Salesforce for the month before and after launch.

Before you start: Save a Salesforce report of lead conversion times and inbound-sourced opportunities for the last two months.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is paid once. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting in your own accounts, alongside your Salesforce licenses. Large lead queues with long nurture cycles sit toward the upper end.

Salesforce licenses and plan upgrades are outside this build, and testing usage is billed to your accounts too.

Custom requirements

Custom Salesforce objects beyond the mapping, a second channel, or a second org need a Change Quote. Add a note at checkout and the written quote arrives; larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form.

Keep it running

After launch, monthly maintenance keeps the agent current as your org changes: monitoring, fixes and monthly change hours for new stages, revised conversion rules or updated objection handling. It begins after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.

$370/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 3 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Which Salesforce objects does the sales agent work with?

Leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks and activity history, through a field mapping agreed with your admin and documented. It reads them before every action, writes qualification answers to mapped fields, records each exchange in activity history, and creates opportunities and tasks under your rules. Custom objects need a Change Quote.

Does the Salesforce sales agent convert leads on its own?

It follows the conversion rule you choose at intake. One option converts the lead and creates an opportunity straight away. The other keeps the lead and creates a task so the owner converts it after a call. You can switch between them later through monthly maintenance.

How does it treat a contact at an account we already sell to?

It reads the account, its owner and any open opportunities before replying. If an opportunity is already active, your rule decides what happens, for example routing the conversation to that owner. New interest at an existing account becomes a fresh opportunity only when your rules allow it.

Why does the Salesforce edition cost more than the HubSpot edition?

The Salesforce connection covers six kinds of record, including tasks and activity history, often across several record types. Mapping and testing that properly takes more work than with lighter CRMs. The sales agent itself, its playbook logic and its delivery schedule are the same as the other editions. Each edition's fixed price is shown on its own page before you buy.

Can the Salesforce edition be tested in our sandbox?

Yes. If you have a Salesforce sandbox, the 50 documented test scenarios run there; otherwise they run on test records in your org. You receive the results before your two rounds of changes, so nothing touches live leads or opportunities until you have reviewed it.

How long does AI Sales Agent for Salesforce take to deliver?

Delivery follows a fixed schedule from a verified intake, and testing can run in your Salesforce sandbox. The exact date is shown on this page before you buy, along with express and rush options if you need it sooner. Connected app access, conversion rules, your playbook and sample conversations are due within 72 hours of ordering, and each day late moves delivery by 3 working days.

What will the Salesforce sales agent cost to run?

Roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, billed to your own accounts, on top of your Salesforce licenses. Long nurture cycles across big lead queues sit toward the top of that range. Monthly maintenance is optional.

Work the lead queue before it goes stale.
