AI Ecommerce Pricing Assistant
Recommends price changes using margin, stock and competitor data for approval.
Competitor and marketplace prices on your hero products tracked against your own store price, with an alert when one moves.
In Ecommerce & D2C, a rival's flash sale or a marketplace seller undercutting your hero product can quietly drain sales before anyone notices. This edition tracks competitor and marketplace prices on up to 25 listings and sets each one beside your own Shopify or WooCommerce price. Alerts and a regular brief show where you stand, and your team still sets every price.

AI Price Monitoring for Ecommerce & D2C tracks the prices competitors and marketplace sellers show for products you also sell, up to 25 listings, and sets each one beside your own Shopify or WooCommerce price. A daily or weekly brief and change alerts go to email, Slack or Notion.
For a D2C brand, price gaps open fast. A competitor runs a promotion, a marketplace reseller cuts below your price, and your ads keep paying to send shoppers to a page where you now look expensive. Spotting that by hand across stores and marketplaces is not realistic. This edition maps each tracked listing to your own product, so every alert answers one question: are we still competitive? The Scope Card fixes the listings, connected store and channel before you order, so nothing is vague.
Up to twenty-five competitor and marketplace listings for products you also sell are tracked. An alert goes out when a seller changes price, on the next scheduled check.
The ecommerce price comparison template sets each tracked listing beside your own Shopify or WooCommerce price. The brief shows the gap for every product in one view.
Daily or weekly briefs show which competitor prices dropped or rose since the last check. Merchandisers can plan their own offers with sight of what rivals are running.
Each tracked listing keeps a price history next to yours. After a sale, you can look back at how your price sat against competitors through the whole period.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Export current prices and recent conversion rates for the products you will track. Note how often marketplaces are checked by hand today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is $4,400, paid once. Running it costs roughly $20 to $120 a month for AI usage and the web data or search APIs the price checks use, billed in your own accounts. Daily checks on all 25 listings sit higher in that range than weekly ones.
Your Shopify or WooCommerce plan is unchanged, and AI usage during build and testing is billed to your accounts too.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A price tracking app bills per SKU or per check | An ecommerce agency quotes monitoring as a retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Your own price | Often a separate import you keep in sync | Depends on the agency's reporting | Ours reads it from your Shopify or WooCommerce store |
| Alert detail | A price changed notice | A weekly summary email | Ours gives old price, new price, percentage change and your price |
| Delivery | Quick to install, slow to map products | An agency usually takes several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Yes. Your Shopify or WooCommerce store is connected as one of the two systems, and each tracked competitor listing is mapped to your own product at intake. Every alert and brief then shows the rival's price next to yours, so you can see straight away whether you are now the cheaper or the more expensive option.
It records the price displayed on the listing when each check runs, so a sale price shown on the page is captured and alerted like any other change. Discounts that only appear at checkout or through a code sent to a mailing list are not visible on the page, so they are not tracked.
Usually the products that drive most revenue and are sold elsewhere: your hero products on rival brand sites, the same items on marketplaces, and any authorized resellers. Brands often split the 25 between three to five competitors. Swapping listings later fits inside the monthly change hours of maintenance.
No. It reads your store's prices but never changes them. Decisions stay with your team, using the alerts and brief. If you want suggested price changes based on margin and stock, see AI Ecommerce Pricing Assistant; automatic changes to your store would need a Change Quote.
Every delivery speed, including rush where it is offered, has its price shown in the panel on this page, and each covers the same Scope Card. Choosing a faster speed changes the date, not the build. Running costs of roughly $20 to $120 a month for AI usage and web data are billed to your own accounts.
Yes, if Slack is the one delivery channel you choose. The recurring brief and every change alert land in the channel you name, with links back to each listing. If you also want the brief stored in Notion, a second destination would come through a Change Quote.
