AI Invoice Intelligence for Tally
Extracts, validates and codes supplier invoices, connected natively to Tally so it reads and updates vouchers, ledgers and masters via Tally's XML/ODBC…
Supplier invoices arrive by email or upload and come out the other side extracted, checked and coded, ready for your ledger.
Keying supplier invoices into your ledger is slow, error-prone work that nobody enjoys. AI Invoice Intelligence reads incoming invoices from email or upload, whatever their layout, and extracts the vendor, line items, totals, tax and due date. It checks the numbers add up, codes each invoice to your chart of accounts, and holds anything uncertain for a person on your finance team to review.

AI Invoice Intelligence is an agent that reads incoming supplier invoices, whatever their layout, and extracts the vendor, line items, totals, tax and due date into structured data. It checks the numbers add up, codes each invoice to your chart of accounts, and queues anything uncertain for a person. It supports your finance team and gives no financial advice.
Manual invoice entry costs more than staff time. Typing errors lead to wrong payments, duplicates slip through, and month-end close drags on while someone catches up on a pile of PDFs. AI Invoice Intelligence does the reading, checking and coding, and leaves your team to review only the exceptions, so payables stay accurate and current without adding headcount. It supports your finance workflow and gives no regulated advice. The Scope Card fixes the intake route, connected systems, document types and accuracy testing before you order.
The agent reads incoming invoices in any layout and extracts vendor, line items, totals, tax and due date. The data lands in your destination system as structured fields, ready to check.
Validation rules check that the numbers add up before anything moves on. Each invoice is also coded to your chart of accounts using the rules agreed during setup.
Anything uncertain goes to a human review queue rather than straight through. Your finance team spends its time on the exceptions, and the agent gives no financial advice.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record how many supplier invoices arrive each month and how long a typical one takes to enter. Note last month's corrections.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it costs roughly $30 to $200 a month in your own accounts, covering OCR and AI usage plus storage, and it scales with how many invoice pages pass through it.
AI usage during the build and testing bills to your own accounts too, so every provider relationship stays yours, not ours. This is operational workflow support, not regulated financial, tax or investment advice.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes, and monthly change hours, enough to add a new vendor format or adjust a validation rule. Maintenance starts once the 30 days of support end, bills monthly, and can be dropped any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | An invoice-capture SaaS charges per document processed, and costs climb with volume | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Scope | An invoice-capture SaaS is a general tool you template and tune yourself | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | An invoice-capture SaaS is live once you finish templating each vendor format | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Accuracy check | An invoice-capture SaaS trusts extracted totals unless you build the checks yourself | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours checks totals and duplicates before anything posts |
Everything on the Scope Card: one intake route, up to three document types extracted and validated, coding to your chart of accounts, an exceptions queue, and an accuracy report on your sample invoices, two rounds of changes and the recorded handoff session. The price is fixed and shown on this page before you order, and it does not change once your Scope Card is confirmed. AI usage is billed to your own accounts.
Roughly $30 to $200 a month, covering OCR and AI usage plus storage in your own accounts, not ours. The figure depends on how many invoice pages it processes. Monthly maintenance is separate and optional. It covers monitoring, fixes and change hours to add a new vendor format or adjust a validation rule, and can be dropped any month.
Accuracy is measured, not assumed. Before launch we run 100 of your real invoices through it and hand you a written accuracy report by field. Anything the extraction is not confident about lands in a human review queue instead of posting straight to your ledger.
Yes. Every credential and connected account is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control during intake, never by email, and invoice data moves only between the systems you connected. This is operational workflow support, not regulated financial, tax or investment advice, and a person reviews anything uncertain.
Delivery runs on a fixed schedule, and the delivery panel shows the standard date plus express and rush options before you order. The clock starts once your sample invoices and accounting access are confirmed and your intake is complete, not the day you place the order, so sending them early keeps the date.
Yes. Small additions, like a new vendor layout within your existing document types, fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. A fourth document type is a bigger change and gets a Change Quote first. Those hours also cover adjusting a validation rule. Maintenance starts once post-launch support ends and can be dropped any month.
Yes, in any month. Plans bill monthly with no lock-in, and the build keeps extracting invoices either way; cancelling only stops the included monitoring, fixes and hours. The 30 days of post-launch support that come with every order continue regardless of a plan.
You do. Extracted invoice data is written straight into your own accounting system, not stored as ours, and the extraction rules built for you belong to your business. If maintenance lapses, the build keeps processing invoices; you just lose the included monthly changes and support.
