AI Growth Intelligence

Acquisition, activation and retention signals come together each week into one briefing that says what actually needs attention.

Acquisition sits in one tool, activation in another and retention in a third, so nobody sees the whole picture until something has already gone wrong. This build brings those signals into one weekly growth briefing, tracked against the KPIs you set. It flags what changed and why it likely happened, and answers follow-up questions from the same data.

  • Acquisition, activation and retention in one weekly briefing
  • Week-on-week changes flagged with their likely causes
  • Follow-up questions answered from the same data

What it is

AI Growth Intelligence brings your acquisition, activation and retention signals together into one weekly growth briefing, checked against 80 test scenarios and your own history so a normal week and a real problem don't look the same. Week-on-week changes are flagged with their likely causes.

Why businesses buy it

Leadership teams lose weeks reacting to problems that showed up in the data much earlier, simply because the signals lived in different tools. A single weekly briefing that joins acquisition, activation and retention means the team discusses what to do, not whose numbers are right. It is tested against realistic scenarios and your own history, so a normal week does not look like a crisis. The scope names the systems, KPIs and channels before you order, so this larger build is still a clear, safe decision.

Problems this solves

Acquisition, activation and retention numbers live in different tools

It brings those signals together from up to four systems into one weekly growth briefing. Leaders read one document each week instead of opening several dashboards and comparing them by hand.

A normal dip causes panic while a real problem slips by

The briefing is checked against 80 test scenarios and your own history, so a normal week and a real problem look different. Week-on-week changes are flagged with likely causes.

Weekly growth meetings spend most of their time finding numbers

The briefing arrives before the meeting across up to two channels you choose. Discussion can start from causes and next steps rather than who has the latest figure.

A good fit if

You currently look at acquisition, activation and retention numbers in separate tools and have to connect the story yourself.
You want a weekly briefing that says what changed and why, not another dashboard full of charts.
You have process owners across each stage of the funnel and one approver for the whole system.
You have at least three months of history across your connected systems to judge a normal week against.

Not the right fit if

You want the system to actively run campaigns, not just report on them. See AI Demand Generation, which executes coordinated campaigns across channels.
You only need questions answered across your analytics and ad data, not a full acquisition-to-retention picture. See AI Marketing Analytics, an earlier step.
You want to know which specific channels get credit for revenue, not a broader growth briefing. See AI Attribution Assistant, which models that directly.
You need more than four connected systems, more than two channels, or briefings in more than one language. Add a note at checkout for a Change Quote, or use our Custom AI enquiry form.

How it works

  1. Signals are pulled from across the funnel. Acquisition data from GA4 or ad platforms, activation events from your product or CRM, and retention data from up to four connected systems.
  2. The three stages are read as one story. So a good acquisition week that ends in weak activation shows up as the actual problem, not two disconnected charts.
  3. Findings are checked against your own history. 80 test scenarios and prior periods, so a 'good' or 'bad' week is judged against your normal range, not an arbitrary target.
  4. A weekly growth briefing is written, not just charted. What moved, why it likely moved, and which stage of the funnel needs attention this week.
  5. Up to ten workflows keep the picture current automatically. Connected systems sync on schedule, so the Monday briefing reflects Friday's numbers, not last month's.
  6. You can ask the briefing follow-up questions. In plain language, and it answers from the same connected data, not a static PDF.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Everything listed for each connected system feeding the briefing.
  • A process owner named for each stage: acquisition, activation and retention.
  • The KPIs each stage should be measured against.
  • One approver for the whole system, not just one stage.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • One decision-maker who can approve the system as a whole.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can give leaders one shared view of growth each week
  • Helps separate real problems from normal noise
  • Makes growth meetings more about decisions
Meeting prep time
Log hours spent preparing the weekly growth review for a month before launch and a month after.
Time to spot a real issue
For each genuine problem, compare when it started in your data with when the team acted.
Decisions recorded per meeting
Count agreed actions in meeting notes for a month either side of launch.

Before you start: Note where each growth metric lives today, who compiles it and how long the weekly review takes to prepare.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Running it costs roughly $100 to $500 a month across your connected tools and AI usage, scaling with how many systems and workflows stay active.

AI usage during the build and testing is billed the same way, in your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.

Keep it running

After launch, monthly maintenance keeps the briefing in step with your business. It covers monitoring, fixes and change hours across the connected systems, such as new KPIs, a revised funnel stage or an added data source. Maintenance starts after the post-launch support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month. Unused hours do not roll over.

$395/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 3 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Does AI Growth Intelligence replace my existing analytics tools?

No, it reads from them. It connects to up to four of your existing systems, such as GA4, your CRM and a retention or product tool, and turns what they already track into one weekly narrative. Your existing dashboards keep working; this adds the connected story across them.

What does AI Growth Intelligence cost to run each month?

Roughly $100 to $500 a month across your connected tools and AI usage, on top of what you already pay for those platforms. You pay these directly, in your own accounts. Monthly maintenance is optional. It covers monitoring, fixes and change hours across the connected systems, such as new KPIs, a revised funnel stage or an added data source.

How fast can AI Growth Intelligence go live?

Delivery follows the fixed timeline shown in the delivery panel, counted from a verified intake. Express and rush options are available for a fee. The clock starts once access to every connected system and each process owner are confirmed, so a complete, early intake matters for this build.

Which stages of the funnel does the briefing cover?

Acquisition, activation and retention, read together from up to four connected systems rather than as three separate reports. That's what lets it show, for example, a strong acquisition week that actually ends in weak activation, which a single-stage report would miss.

How much staff time does AI Growth Intelligence take to set up?

More than a single-purpose report, since it spans the whole funnel. Expect a process owner named for each stage and roughly two to four hours of intake per owner, spread across the 72 hours after you order, plus two recorded sessions at handoff.

Can I add more data sources or a second briefing later?

Yes. Adjustments within the existing four systems and ten workflows fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A fifth connected system or a second weekly briefing for a different team is scoped and quoted separately as a Change Quote.

What if the briefing misreads what's actually happening?

You get three rounds of changes built into the build price, more than our standard products, because a full-funnel model usually needs more calibration. After delivery you have five working days to flag anything that doesn't match the Scope Card, fixed at no extra cost.

Who owns the growth model and briefing format?

You do. The connected workflows, the briefing template and the underlying logic belong to your business, running in your own accounts. There is no license fee for keeping it running after launch, only optional monthly maintenance for ongoing changes. That covers monitoring, fixes and change hours for new KPIs or a revised funnel stage.
