AI Feedback Synthesis
Groups product feedback from every channel into ranked themes.
Incoming feature requests deduplicated, categorized and linked to the customers who asked, ranked and delivered on schedule.
Feature requests arrive through support tickets, sales calls and feedback inboxes, each phrased a little differently. The same ask shows up in many forms, and nobody remembers who wanted it. This triage build merges duplicates, sorts every request into your categories and links it back to the customers who raised it. A ranked report lands on schedule, and your team still makes every roadmap call.

AI Feature Request Triage reads incoming feature requests from your support and feedback tools, merges duplicates that were phrased differently, sorts each one into a category, and links it back to the customer who asked. It delivers a ranked report so no request gets lost across several threads.
When requests sit scattered across tools, product teams guess at demand. Popular asks get counted once, important customers go unheard, and sales keeps promising features nobody tracked. Triage gives you one clean list, deduplicated and categorized, with the customers behind each request attached. That makes prioritization a discussion about evidence and lets you tell customers when their request ships. The Scope Card fixes the sources, categories and report before you order, so the build has clear limits and a known outcome.
The triage reads requests from up to three read-only sources and merges duplicates that were phrased differently. Your report shows one request, with every customer who asked linked to it.
Requests from your support and feedback tools are pulled into one ranked report. Each is sorted into a category, so nothing sits forgotten at the bottom of an old thread.
Every merged request stays linked back to the customers who raised it, wherever they asked. When something ships, the triage report shows exactly who to tell about it.
The ranked report orders requests by how often they appear across your sources. Up to five alerts can flag a request that is suddenly gaining momentum.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,000 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $4,600 |
Before you start: Count open feature requests in each tool today and estimate how many repeat each other. Note the weekly hours spent sorting them.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, depending on request volume and report frequency.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance for this build covers change hours for things such as a new category or a revised alert threshold. It starts after the 30 days of support that come with the build, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A product feedback tool charges a monthly fee per seat or source | A product consultant quotes per triage project | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A feedback tool is a blank board you tag yourself | A consultant agrees scope for each engagement | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A feedback tool is live once someone sets up the tagging rules | A consultant project usually takes several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Duplicates | A feedback tool usually lists each mention separately | A consultant's merging depends on who reviewed it | Ours merges differently worded requests into one |
| Customer link | A feedback tool often loses the account behind the request | A consultant's linking depends on what was scoped | Ours keeps every request tied to who asked for it |
The build price for each delivery speed is shown in the panel on this page. It covers connecting up to three read-only sources, deduplication and categorization against your own definitions, results checked against three months of your history, and two rounds of changes. The Scope Card lists those limits, and anything extra is quoted in writing first.
It reads the substance of each request rather than matching exact wording, so a request for export to CSV and one for download my data as a spreadsheet are recognized as the same underlying ask. Merged requests keep a count and a link back to every customer who raised that version of it.
Delivery time for each speed is in the panel on this page. The clock starts once your intake is submitted, including read-only access to each source, your category definitions and three months of past requests. That history matters, because it lets us check merging and categories against requests your team has already sorted by hand.
Up to three read-only data sources, typically your support or ticketing tool such as Zendesk, Intercom or Jira, plus a feedback inbox if you have one. Access is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and nothing is written back to the source system.
It ranks and categorizes requests using the definitions you set, such as volume or which accounts asked, so your team can prioritize with a clearer picture. It does not make the prioritization decision itself. If you want requests turned into drafted backlog items, see AI Product Manager Agent.
Small adjustments, such as a new category or a revised ranking rule, fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A source beyond the three included, or a second delivery channel, is scoped and quoted separately as an add-on rather than folded into monthly hours, and you approve that cost first.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, paid directly in your own accounts, scaling with request volume and how often the report runs. We do not add a markup on top, so running costs track your actual usage rather than a flat monthly fee.
Yes. The categorization and reporting configuration runs on your own accounts, not ours, so there is nothing to migrate if you change tools later. The 30 days of post-launch support cover fixing anything that does not match the Scope Card, and monthly maintenance afterward is optional.
Order AI Feature Request Triage and your first deduplicated, ranked report is ready on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
