Pipeline & Deals

AI Deal Intelligence

A one-page briefing on any deal's status, stakeholders and risk, ready before you dial in.

Walking into an important call without a clear recap is how deals slip. This build pulls a deal's status, stakeholders, recent conversations and open risks from your CRM and email history, and turns them into a short briefing before each key call or review. Every rep and manager starts the conversation knowing who is involved, what was promised and what could go wrong.

  • A one-page briefing on any deal before a key call
  • Stakeholders, history and open risks pulled together automatically
  • The same clear briefing format across every rep and deal

What it is

AI Deal Intelligence summarizes a deal's status, stakeholders and risks from your CRM and email history, delivered as a briefing before a call or a review. It reads deal stage, owner and activity before each summary, lists who is involved and what is open, and sends the briefing to the channel your team already uses.

Why businesses buy it

Preparing for a big call or deal review often means twenty minutes of digging through emails and notes, and busy reps skip it. That is when names get forgotten, earlier promises get missed and risks catch the team off guard. This build does the preparation every time, in a consistent format, so quality no longer depends on how much a rep remembered to write down. Managers run sharper reviews and buyers feel understood. The sources, briefing format and delivery channel are written into the scope before you order.

Problems this solves

Reps walk into calls without knowing the full deal history

Before each call or review, the system reads deal stage, owner and activity from your CRM and email. It sends a briefing listing who is involved, what is open and which risks stand out.

Deal reviews begin with a long catch-up before any real discussion

Managers receive the same briefing ahead of the review, drawn from up to three read-only sources. The meeting can start from shared facts, with stakeholders and open items already listed.

Stakeholders get forgotten when a deal changes hands between reps

Each briefing names the people involved and their recent contact from email history. A new owner sees who has gone quiet and who still needs a reply, without digging through old threads.

A good fit if

Reps or managers walk into important calls without a clear recap of who is involved, what was last discussed, and what could go wrong.
Deal reviews take time because someone has to manually pull together stakeholder names, history and open risks before the meeting.
You want a consistent briefing format across every deal, rather than quality depending on how much a rep remembers to write down.
You already keep contacts, emails and notes in a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive with enough history to summarize from.

Not the right fit if

You want a portfolio-wide view of which deals are at risk, not a single-deal briefing. See AI Pipeline Intelligence.
You want a projected revenue number, not a status summary of an individual deal. See AI Sales Forecasting.
The briefing needs to become a client-facing document, not an internal one. See AI Proposal Generator.
You need more than three read-only data sources or more than five alerts. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote.

How it works

  1. We connect read-only access to your CRM and email, and agree what belongs in a briefing: stakeholders, history, open risks and next steps.
  2. We check the briefing format against at least three months of your historical deal data, so it reflects the level of detail your team actually needs.
  3. A briefing is generated on request or on a schedule, pulling stakeholder roles, recent activity and any risk signals such as stalled communication.
  4. Up to five alerts are configured for risk signals that matter most, such as a key stakeholder going silent or a decision date slipping.
  5. You review sample briefings against real deals during testing, and we adjust the format and depth until it matches what a rep or manager needs.
  6. Once live, briefings are delivered to the channel you chose, ahead of calls or reviews, without anyone requesting them manually.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Read-only access to your CRM and email history, sandbox access if available.
  • Your definitions of what belongs in a briefing, such as which stakeholder roles and risk signals matter most.
  • At least three months of historical deal data to check the briefing format against.
  • The recipients for briefings and the channel they should be delivered to.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • One decision-maker who can confirm the briefing format and risk signals before we build.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • AI Deal Intelligence set up in your environment, sending briefings to the channel your team uses
  • Read-only connections to up to three agreed sources, such as your CRM and email
  • Workflow, prompt and guardrail settings that shape each briefing
  • A test report checked against three months of your past deals
  • An admin guide, a recorded handoff session and 30 days of post-launch support

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps reps sound prepared on every call, even on deals they inherited
  • Can make pipeline reviews shorter and more focused on decisions
  • Makes it easier to spot deals that depend on a single contact
Call preparation time
Ask a few reps to log prep minutes per call for two weeks before launch and two weeks after.
Deal review meeting length
Compare calendar durations of weekly deal reviews for the month before launch with the month after.
Open deals with only one known contact
Run a CRM report of open deals with a single contact at launch, then repeat it monthly.

Before you start: Note how long reps spend preparing for calls and how long deal reviews run. Save a count of open deals with only one contact.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, on top of the CRM plan you already pay for. Cost tracks how many briefings it generates: a team pulling briefings for a handful of key calls a week sits at the low end.

AI usage during build and testing is also billed to your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

After launch, monthly maintenance keeps the briefings useful as your process changes. It covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours for a new risk signal or an updated briefing format. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of included support and can be cancelled any month.

$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

How much does the AI Deal Intelligence build cost?

One fixed price, shown on this page before you buy, covers the whole build: the briefing format, the risk signals, testing against your real deals and the recorded handoff. There are no seat licenses or per-use fees from us. Express and rush delivery are available for a set extra amount, also shown upfront. Ongoing AI usage and hosting are billed in your own accounts, so you always see what you pay.

What does a briefing actually include?

Stakeholder names and roles, a summary of recent activity, and any risk signals you defined, such as a stalled thread or a slipping decision date, all pulled from your CRM and email and written into one short, consistent format. Reps can scan it in under a minute before dialing into the call.

Can I get a briefing before every call?

Yes, delivered on request or on a schedule to the channel you chose, such as email, Slack or a dashboard, within the one delivery channel included in this build, so it is waiting before the call rather than requested at the last minute.

What is the expected monthly running cost?

Roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, on top of your existing CRM plan, tracking how many briefings it generates for your team each month. Cost tracks how many briefings it generates for your team across a typical month.

Does it write anything back into the CRM?

No. It reads your CRM and email history read-only and only ever produces a briefing or an alert, so there is no risk of it changing a deal record while summarizing it. That separation keeps the briefing logic safely apart from your working deal records.

How many risk signals can it track?

Up to five alerts configured for the signals that matter most to you, plus up to 25 defined metrics feeding the briefing itself, covering stakeholders, activity and anything else you flag as worth watching. Most teams start with two or three signals and expand once they trust the flags.

Can the briefing format change later?

Yes. Small adjustments, such as a new risk signal or a reordered section, fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. A full redesign of the briefing layout is scoped separately as a Change Quote. Maintenance also covers monitoring, fixes, updates and a monthly health report. It starts after included support and can be cancelled any month.

Who owns the briefings and the underlying data?

You do. It reads from your own CRM and email accounts, so the briefings, the risk signals and every AI provider relationship stay in your name, not with a platform we control. We do not keep a separate copy of any of it after handoff.

Walk into every call already knowing where the deal stands.

Order AI Deal Intelligence and you are briefed on stakeholders, history and risk before every key call, on a delivery date you see before you pay.
