What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Managers wait days for an analyst to answer a simple data question
The AI Data Analyst Agent answers questions about your data with read-only access by default. Every answer shows its source, so managers can check the figure themselves.
KPIs drift for weeks before anyone looks at the dashboard
The AI KPI Monitor watches the metrics you choose and reports when they move outside agreed ranges. Leaders hear about changes without having to check dashboards every day.
Reports are full of charts but say nothing about why
AI Report Narratives writes plain-language explanations alongside your regular reports. Readers get the story behind the numbers in plain words, with the source shown for each point the narrative makes.
Unusual spikes or drops are spotted only by chance
AI Anomaly Detection looks for unusual patterns in your data and flags them for review. The flag passes to the right person, with the underlying figures attached.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can give managers quicker answers from their own data.
- Helps the team notice important changes sooner.
- Makes reports easier to understand and act on.
- Data request turnaround
- Compare time from question to answer for ad hoc data requests, from your request log, before and after launch.
- Time to spot KPI changes
- For notable KPI moves, note the date it happened and the date someone acted, before launch and after.
- Analyst hours on ad hoc work
- Ask analysts to log time on one-off requests for two weeks before launch and two weeks after.
Before you start: Log a fortnight of ad hoc data requests and how long each took. List the KPIs leadership watches and how often they are checked.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Can the AI Data & Insights Stack change data in our systems?
No, not by default. Connections are read-only, so the analyst agent, KPI monitor and anomaly detection can read your data but not alter it. Report narratives are delivered to one destination, such as a drive or inbox, for a person to approve. Write access would need a Change Quote.
How much does the insights bundle save?
The four parts cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought separately, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. The stack adds the handoffs and cross-product tests that tie the parts together, so an anomaly alert and its explanation use the same metric definitions.
How do we know an answer from the analyst agent is right?
Each answer shows the query or source used, so someone on your team can check it. Before launch we check results against at least three months of your historical data. Questions it cannot answer from the connected sources are reported as unanswered, not filled with an estimate.
What does the KPI monitor do when a metric moves?
It explains the movement. The monitor checks the metrics you define each day, and when one moves unusually it sends an alert with a short explanation through one channel, such as email, Slack or a web dashboard. You choose up to five alerts and who receives them.
What kinds of anomalies can be detected?
Unusual patterns in transactions, website or app traffic, or operations data, read from up to three sources. You set what normal looks like with us during intake, using your history. Alerts go to the people you name, and an anomaly can also be passed into the next report narrative.
Can management have the insights stack sooner?
Yes. Express and Rush delivery are offered at checkout, each with its date and price shown before you pay. Either needs read-only access, metric definitions and three months of history inside the first 72 hours, since late items move the delivery date.
