AI Data Analyst Agent for Hotels & Hospitality
Answers plain-language questions against your data and produces charts and summaries, adapted for Hotels & Hospitality businesses that need quick answers on…
Ask a plain-language question about your data any time and get a chart and a written answer back within minutes.
Most business questions are simple to ask and slow to answer, because the data sits in different systems and the analyst is busy. This agent lets you ask in plain language in Slack, email or a web dashboard, and replies with a chart, a short written summary and the query it used. Connections are read-only by default, so your data stays untouched.

AI Data Analyst Agent answers plain-language questions about your business data on request, in Slack, email or a web dashboard, and returns a chart plus a short written summary with the underlying query shown. Connections are read-only by default, and your team can check every answer.
Decisions get delayed while someone exports spreadsheets or waits in an analyst's queue. Often the question is simple, but the answer takes days. An agent that answers from your own data on request gives managers the numbers when they need them and frees analysts for deeper work. Because it shows its query, people can trust and check the answer. The written scope sets the sources, metrics and testing against your history before you order.
Managers ask in plain language through Slack, email or a web dashboard. The agent returns a chart and a short written summary, with the underlying query shown so anyone can check it.
Up to twenty-five metrics or recurring questions are defined with you before launch. Answers use those same definitions every time, so teams work from one version of each number.
Connections to up to three data sources are read-only by default. Results are checked against three months of your historical data before launch, and every answer can be traced.
The setup includes one dashboard or recurring report plus up to five alerts. The figures you care about come to you on schedule, rather than waiting for someone to look.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,750 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,600 |
Before you start: Log data requests for a few weeks: who asked, what, and how long each answer took. Note which metrics have conflicting definitions today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build itself is a one-time payment, shown before you buy. Running the agent costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, depending on how often questions are asked and how many sources are connected.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so every provider relationship stays in your name. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need more than 3 data sources, more than 25 defined metrics, or a second delivery channel, add a note at checkout and we send a written Change Quote. Your original order keeps its delivery date either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours for new metrics, extra recurring questions and seasonal reporting. The hours scale with your build, and bigger changes go through a Change Quote. Maintenance starts after the included support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A BI tool charges a seat-based subscription whether or not anyone asks a question | A data agency quotes per report or per hour | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Delivery | A BI tool is instant to sign up but takes weeks to configure | An agency build usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Answers | A BI tool shows a dashboard you still have to interpret | An agency delivers a static report | Ours answers the specific question you asked, with the source shown |
| Scope | A BI tool license covers unlimited questions but unlimited setup work too | An agency agrees scope during discovery | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
One fixed price, agreed before work starts, covers connecting up to three read-only data sources, defining up to 25 metrics, one delivery channel, one recurring report with up to five alerts, and checking results against three months of your history. Faster delivery options are shown in the price panel, and there are no hidden fees for the build.
The standard, Express and Rush delivery times are all shown in the price panel before you order, and the clock starts once your intake is complete. Delays only happen if information such as data access or metric definitions arrives late, which moves the date by three working days per day of delay.
Read-only access to each connected source, such as Google Sheets, BigQuery, PostgreSQL or Google Analytics 4, plus at least 3 months of historical data to test against. Access is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never sent by email. Nothing is written back to your systems; the agent only reads.
It says so, rather than estimating or guessing. If a question falls outside the 25 defined metrics or outside the connected sources, the agent tells the person who asked and suggests the nearest question it can answer. New metrics can be added later through monthly maintenance or a Change Quote.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees. The exact figure depends on how many questions are asked and how many sources stay connected. You pay these providers directly; we do not add a markup.
Yes. A fourth or fifth source is quoted as a Change Quote once you tell us what you need. Small changes, such as a new metric definition inside the existing sources, fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance instead.
You do. The configuration, prompts and workflow are yours, running in your own accounts on your own data connections rather than inside a vendor's platform. If you stop maintenance, the agent keeps running; you simply lose the monthly monitoring and included change hours.
