Order, distributor and supplier questions answered from your ERP data in plain language, with the export or query named.
Sales, operations and purchasing teams wait on ERP reports for answers they need today. This analyst answers plain-language questions about orders, distributors and suppliers from your ERP exports or API, document storage and spreadsheets. Each reply is a chart and a short summary with the source named, so anyone can check it. Access is read-only, and your ERP stays untouched.

AI Data Analyst Agent for Manufacturing answers plain-language questions about orders, distributors and suppliers from your ERP exports or API, document storage and spreadsheets. Sales, operations and purchasing staff get a chart and summary back, with the source named, instead of waiting for someone to run an ERP report.
Manufacturers run on data spread across the ERP, supplier files and spreadsheets, and only a few people know how to pull a report. Questions about backlog, supplier lead times or distributor orders wait in a queue, and decisions slow down. This analyst lets the people who need the answer ask for it directly, with the source shown so it can be trusted. The written scope sets sources, metrics and checks against your history before you order.
Sales, operations and purchasing staff ask in plain language and get a chart and summary back, with the source named. The agent reads your ERP exports or API through read-only access.
The agent connects up to three sources, such as ERP data, document storage and spreadsheets. Questions about suppliers and distributors are answered across all of them at once.
A recurring report or dashboard shows order trends on schedule, using agreed Manufacturing metric definitions. Up to five alerts can flag order changes that cross levels you set.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,800 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,650 |
Before you start: List the ERP reports people request most and how long each takes. Note where supplier and distributor data is kept.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build costs $5,900, once. Day to day, expect roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling, depending on how often people ask questions and how often exports refresh.
ERP licenses are unaffected, and AI usage during build and testing is billed to you directly.
Ask about running costsProduction machine data, a second ERP or more than 25 metrics falls outside this Scope Card. Add a note at checkout and a written Change Quote follows. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours for things such as a new product family, supplier group or plant. The hours scale with your build, and bigger changes go through a Change Quote. Maintenance starts after the included support period and can be cancelled any month.
$295/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

No. A read-only API is ideal, but scheduled exports to a location the agent can read work too. With exports, answers are as current as the latest file, and each answer states when that export was taken. The ERP counts as one of your three sources either way.
Yes, if purchase orders and receipt dates are in the connected ERP data. Using your definition of a late delivery, it can rank suppliers, compare periods and break results down by product family. Missing receipt dates are counted and reported, not filled in or estimated.
Not as scoped. Answers go to one internal delivery channel, such as a Slack workspace, email list or web dashboard for your staff. Giving distributors their own access would be a separate channel and needs a Change Quote, so your commercial data stays with your team by default.
Only as a reference source for figures, such as matching a product code to its family from a spec sheet, and it names the file used. It does not answer how-to questions from SOPs. For cited answers from specs and procedures, AI Company Knowledge Hub for Manufacturing is the right build.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling. Daily exports and many users asking questions sit toward the higher end. The build itself is a one-time payment, and monthly maintenance is optional.
The standard, Express and Rush delivery times are shown in the price panel before you order, and the clock starts after a verified intake. Agree the ERP access route with your IT team early, because intake is due within 72 hours of ordering and delays add three working days per day.
