AI Sales Forecasting
Produces weekly forecasts from pipeline data with the reasoning behind each number.
Leads and opportunities in Dynamics 365 stay current from your team's Outlook email or calling tool, without manual updates.
Your sales team lives in Outlook and Teams, and Dynamics 365 opportunities only get updated before the forecast call. This assistant reads the sales emails and calls tied to your pipeline and keeps leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities current. Summaries, next steps and qualification details go into the fields you agree, and sensitive changes wait for the owner to confirm.

AI CRM Assistant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 reads the sales emails and calls tied to your pipeline and keeps leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities current. Summaries, next steps and qualification details are written to the fields agreed in your mapping, after checking stage, owner and history. Access runs through your own Azure app registration.
When Dynamics 365 is updated only before forecast meetings, managers make decisions on stale data and reps lose hours to catch-up admin. Handover between reps loses context, and customers repeat themselves. This assistant keeps records current as conversations happen, using the email and calling tools your team already uses. Leads carry their qualification story and opportunities show the latest next step. Access runs through your own Azure app registration, and the scope is written down before you order, so IT and sales leadership can approve it with confidence.
The assistant reads the sales emails and calls tied to your pipeline. It keeps leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities current with summaries and next steps.
Qualification details from each conversation are written to the fields agreed in your mapping. Managers can then filter, sort and report on those details in Dynamics 365 like any other field.
Access runs through your own Azure app registration, with keys you control. The assistant checks stage, owner and history before it writes anything to a record.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. Running it is roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting in your own accounts, scaling with the volume of email and calls read. Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 licenses stay separate and unchanged.
Any usage while we test is also billed to your own accounts.
Ask about running costsCustom tables, activity records, fields beyond the mapping or a third system need a written Change Quote. Leave a note at checkout and you receive the quote.

It starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.

Yes, when Microsoft 365 is the second connected system. Access runs through an Azure app registration with Microsoft Graph permissions limited to the mailboxes and Teams channels you approve. Reps keep emailing as normal, and the assistant reads only the conversations that match a Dynamics 365 lead or contact.
Dynamics permissions covering the lead, contact, account and opportunity tables in your mapping, set up by your admin. If Microsoft 365 is also connected, a separate registration or set of Graph permissions covers the agreed mailboxes. Credentials are never sent by email, and either can be revoked by your admin at any time.
Yes, if the fields are in the mapping. The qualification criteria you provide at intake are checked against what was said, and the result is written to the lead's agreed fields, such as budget or timing notes. Marking a lead qualified or disqualified can be left as a proposal for the owner.
Yes. Express and rush delivery are available, and each option's date and price are shown on this page before you buy. All three include the documented field mapping, fifty test scenarios, two rounds of changes and a recorded 60-minute handoff for your admin and sales leads. Only the schedule changes, never the scope.
Yes. If you have a sandbox environment, the fifty test scenarios run there against copies of real conversations. Without one, testing uses clearly marked test records in production. Either way, you review the results and approve them before the assistant is allowed to update a live lead or opportunity.
