AI products that work with Zendesk
Zendesk is home base for many support teams, and these four products work right inside it. One answers customers directly from your help center. One drafts replies for your agents. One routes tickets to the right person. One finds gaps in your help center and drafts new articles. Together they cover the whole ticket lifecycle, from arrival to the article that prevents the next one.

What do the Zendesk editions do?
Each edition connects natively to Zendesk. The AI Customer Support Agent resolves questions across chat and email and hands off complex cases. The AI Support Knowledge Agent drafts new help center articles from resolved tickets.

How do you choose between the Zendesk products?
Start with what is hurting. Too many simple questions? The AI Customer Support Agent takes them on. Agents spending too long per ticket? The AI Support Copilot gives them a draft and the right article. Tickets landing with the wrong team? AI Ticket Routing fixes that. Help center falling behind? The AI Support Knowledge Agent closes the gaps.
Many teams combine them over time. A common path is routing first, then the copilot, then the support agent once your help center is strong enough for customers to rely on. The knowledge agent helps make that last step possible.
Questions buyers ask
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
How the AI Customer Support Agent introduces itself is agreed in the Scope Card, along with its tone and when it hands off. Most businesses choose to be open about it. Complex cases always go to your team inside Zendesk with the full conversation, so customers do not have to start over.
Can our agents use their existing macros?
Yes. The Zendesk editions read and update macros as well as tickets, users and help center articles. The AI Support Copilot can work alongside the macros your team already relies on, so it adds to your current way of working rather than replacing habits that already help.
Are new help center articles published automatically?
The AI Support Knowledge Agent finds gaps and drafts articles from resolved tickets. Publishing rules are set in the Scope Card, and most teams have someone review each draft before it goes live. That keeps the help center accurate while removing the blank-page work of writing articles.
How the connection is set up
The general pattern we follow for every integration.
- 1You create the necessary access in your Zendesk account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Zendesk supports.
- 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
- 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
- 4You can revoke access from Zendesk or the portal at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Which Zendesk plan do I need?
It depends on the product. Each product page lists the Zendesk features it relies on; plan upgrades are not included.
Will it change my existing data?
Only the fields in the mapping agreed with you, and that mapping is tested on sample records before anything goes live.
Can I use a different platform instead?
Many products also have editions for other platforms. See the full integrations list for what is currently published.
