AI products that work with Microsoft 365
Much of a company's knowledge sits in SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams. These editions connect natively to Microsoft 365 and work within the scopes you approve. They answer staff questions with citations, search across files, capture meeting actions and run new-hire onboarding, so people find what they need without asking around. Each runs in your own account.

The Meeting Agent and Onboarding editions read and update SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams data within those same approved scopes.
Questions buyers ask
What does the Meeting Agent do with our meetings?
The AI Meeting Agent for Microsoft 365 captures meeting notes, decisions and action items and routes them to owners. It reads and updates SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams data within approved scopes. There is also a separate edition for Microsoft Teams if that is where your meetings mainly happen.
Can new hires get help in their first week?
AI Employee Onboarding for Microsoft 365 runs onboarding checklists, documents and first-week guidance. It works with SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams, so new staff get guidance in the tools they will use every day. HR keeps ownership of the checklists, and the product keeps them moving.
Should we pick the Knowledge Agent, Internal Search or the Knowledge Hub?
Choose the Knowledge Agent if people mostly ask questions and want cited answers. Choose Internal Search if they mostly look for files across sites, drives and channels. Choose the Company Knowledge Hub if you want documents, wikis and drives brought together into one Q&A assistant. Each Scope Card shows the exact coverage.
How the connection is set up
The general pattern we follow for every integration.
- 1You create the necessary access in your Microsoft 365 account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Microsoft 365 supports.
- 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
- 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
- 4You can revoke access from Microsoft 365 or the portal at any time.
