AI products that work with Cal.com

Cal.com handles your scheduling. These two products make sure more of the right people end up on it. The AI Appointment Setter engages leads over chat and email and books qualified ones. The AI Meeting Booking Agent turns interested replies into meetings on reps' calendars. Both read and update your Cal.com event types, availability and bookings directly.

How do these products work with Cal.com?

Each edition connects natively to Cal.com. It reads your event types and availability before offering a time, then creates the booking in Cal.com itself. That means no double bookings from a separate calendar and no copying details between tools. Your existing event types, like a discovery call or a demo, stay the source of truth for what can be booked.

Appointment Setter or Meeting Booking Agent?

The AI Appointment Setter starts earlier in the journey. It talks to new leads, checks they are a fit, and books only the qualified ones. The AI Meeting Booking Agent steps in later, when a prospect has already replied with interest, and its job is to get that meeting onto a rep's calendar fast. Inbound-heavy teams lean toward the setter. Outbound teams usually want the booking agent.

Questions buyers ask

Do we keep using our current Cal.com event types?

Yes. Both editions read your existing event types and availability, so the meetings they book follow the rules you have already set in Cal.com. If you want a new event type for AI-booked calls, that can be listed in the Scope Card and agreed before setup begins.

How does the Appointment Setter decide who is qualified?

It engages leads across chat and email and books qualified appointments based on the criteria you set. Those criteria, such as company type or need, are written into the Scope Card. Leads who do not meet them are not booked, which protects your team's calendar from calls that go nowhere.

What if we use another calendar tool later?

Both products also come in editions for Calendly, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. If you switch tools, the right edition depends on where your bookings live. Talk to us before switching, since moving editions is a new piece of work with its own Scope Card.

How the connection is set up

The general pattern we follow for every integration.

  1. 1You create the necessary access in your Cal.com account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Cal.com supports.
  2. 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
  3. 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
  4. 4You can revoke access from Cal.com or the portal at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Which Cal.com plan do I need?

It depends on the product. Each product page lists the Cal.com features it relies on; plan upgrades are not included.

Will it change my existing data?

Only the fields in the mapping agreed with you, and that mapping is tested on sample records before anything goes live.

Can I use a different platform instead?

Many products also have editions for other platforms. See the full integrations list for what is currently published.

Staging copy for testing. Not the live site; payments are in PayPal sandbox and every email goes to the team.
