Management report packs assembled and written up on schedule, ready for your leadership meeting.
Every month, someone spends days pulling numbers into the management pack and writing up what changed, often the night before the meeting. This build assembles your recurring report pack from your accounting data, in your own structure, and writes plain-language commentary on what moved and why. It flags the metrics that shifted furthest, so leadership talks about decisions rather than data.

AI Financial Reporting assembles your recurring management report pack from your accounting data and writes a plain-language commentary on what moved and why. It delivers by email, Slack or a web dashboard. The pack follows your structure, not a generic template.
Building the management pack by hand ties up your most experienced finance people at the busiest time of the month, and the commentary is often rushed. Leadership then spends the meeting asking what the numbers mean. After this build, the pack arrives on time, consistently formatted, with clear commentary on the movements that matter, so your finance team reviews and refines instead of assembling. The Scope Card lists the data sources, sections and schedule before you buy, so you know exactly what lands in your inbox.
The report pack is assembled from your accounting data on a schedule. It follows your own structure and up to 25 defined metrics, so the team reviews it rather than builds it.
Each pack includes a plain-language commentary on what moved and why. Readers who do not live in spreadsheets can follow the story behind the figures.
Your structure is set once and reused, so each period reads the same way. Results are checked against three months of your history before launch, so the figures can be trusted.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Keep a copy of your latest pack and record how long it took. Note the date it reached readers.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Running it afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, billed directly in your own accounts. Build and test usage is billed the same way, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need a fourth data source or more than 25 tracked metrics, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote before any extra work starts. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and change hours each month, enough to adjust a report section or refresh a metric definition each quarter. It starts after the 30 days of included support.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A reporting platform charges a monthly seat fee for every viewer of the pack | A custom reporting build is quoted after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Scope | A generic platform leaves report structure and commentary to you | An agency agrees scope as the project develops | Ours is written on the Scope Card, including the 25-metric limit |
| Delivery | Self-serve reporting tools still take weeks to configure and template | An agency project usually runs several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Commentary | Most reporting tools show numbers only, with no written explanation | An agency build depends on what was specified | Ours writes plain-language commentary on what moved and why |
Yes. Alongside the assembled figures, it writes a plain-language commentary on what moved since the last cycle and by how much, based on the baseline built from your own historical data. You set the tone and structure during intake, and two rounds of changes let you adjust the style before launch.
AI Financial Reporting assembles and delivers a recurring report pack on your schedule, with written commentary. AI CFO Intelligence Dashboard is a fuller, interactive executive dashboard at a higher price point, built for leadership to explore the numbers conversationally rather than receive a delivered pack. Choose based on whether you want a document or a live dashboard.
Up to three read-only sources, commonly your accounting system plus a spreadsheet or a payment processor. You grant read-only access, so nothing is changed in your source systems. If your reporting depends on a system outside the usual set, tell us during intake and we confirm it connects within scope.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, paid directly in your own accounts. The figure depends on how often the report cycle runs and how many sources it pulls from. There is no separate ongoing platform fee from Upmark Labs on top of the one-time build.
Yes. Adjusting a section, adding a metric within the 25-metric limit, or changing the recipient list are small changes that fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A larger restructure, or a fourth data source, is quoted as a Change Quote before the work starts.
Yes. Access credentials are shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never sent by email, and every connection is read-only, so your source systems are never altered. The report output goes only to the recipients and channel you named. Role-based access and audit logging are available as add-ons for stricter policies.
It is checked against three months of your real historical data before launch, and you review two rounds of drafts to correct tone or emphasis. It writes from the numbers and the baseline you gave it, not from outside opinion, so accuracy depends on the data and definitions you provide during intake.
